Das Restaurant/die Bar unten im Hotel ist super abends. Im Zimmer muss man sein Hab und Gut sichern, damit es beim Aufräumen durch die Reinigungskräfte nicht entsorgt oder gestohlen wird (schwer zu entscheiden, wenn es weg ist aus dem Bad und mehrere Hundert Dollar Schaden entstanden sind). Seitens des Managements trotz Beschwerde keine Form der Entschädigung. Der Fitnessraum hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen bzgl. Lüftung, aber auch teils kaputte Geräte, niedrige Decke, Medizinbälle aber keine stabile Wand zur Nutzung. Frühstück besteht nur aus Plastikmüll. In den heutigen Zeiten ein absolutes No-Go. Auch Frühstückszeiten werden vom Personal nicht immer eingehalten, so dass bereits vor der Zeit abgeräumt wird. The restaurant/bar downstairs in the hotel is great in the evening. In the room, you have to secure your belongings so that they are not disposed of or stolen when the cleaners are cleaning up (hard to decide when they are gone from the bathroom and several hundred dollars worth of damage has occurred). No form of compensation from management despite complaint. The gym has seen better days in terms of ventilation, but also partly broken equipment, low ceiling, medicine balls but no stable wall to use. Breakfast consists only of plastic waste. Breakfast consists only of plastic waste. In today's times an absolute no-go. Breakfast times are not always respected by the staff, so that the dishes are cleared before time.

The service at check in was amazing, friendly and professional. The location was great, room was clean. The bed was super comfortable, parking and breakfast was on point. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Kaylee was so helpful, and polite! And the bar tender there was so friendly and nice! This will be our choice of stay when we are in town!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a Milwaukee bucks game and it was a short ten minute drive to Fiserv Forum. This hotel would be perfect for someone going to a brewers game as well, as that is very close by. The hotel was clean and seemed possibly recently updated. We also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which had a great variety of foods and beverages. They even had almond milk. The pool is very large and the pool area was spacious. Rooms were clean, good sized and very quiet. We liked we didn’t have to pay extra for parking which at some hotels in MKE you do have to. Staff was friendly and helpful. We ate pizza from the restaurant in the hotel and it was really good and was ready quickly. We would definitely stay again.

Rooms are very nice. The food in the restaurant was great. Bartender was great. Front desk was easy and friendly. Will stay here again.

Staff was kind. Had trouble with the computer to check in. Stated it was their system. Had to come back several hours later to complete check in. Pool area not clean. Someone's fake eyelashes were on a table around the pool. None of the drains worked on the pool deck so there were very large puddles of standing water. Also, the standard room beds were extremely small. Tough to fit a family of four in the space, where we typically have no difficulty. Room was decent, just very tight quarters.

Tried calling front desk for excessive noise from 1am to 3am. No answer, straight to voicemail. Didn’t feel safe to leave room.

The hotel was nice for what it looks like in the outside. The room was clean, beds were clean, bathroom was clean. The bathroom ceiling has some kind of mold issue that was coming through the paint, the pool area was the same way on the ceiling. Pool was ok, hot tub wasn’t hot though. The continental breakfast was pretty good, large selection; they were a little slow to refill and keep dishes up for the breakfast, but it was good food. Bartender in the hotel bar was very fun & friendly. Front desk person was also very nice upon check in.
