This hotel is consistent - cleanliness, professional staff.

Although we’ve stayed at other Courtyard Hotels and been happy, the experience at the facility near the Milwaukee airport was unimpressive. 1. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the pullout created a sleepless night for our 16 year old grandson. 2. Although a restaurant and bar are advertised, neither showed any activity on our Friday night stay. When we went the restaurant at 7pm the young man said “I’ll see if we can get someone to open the kitchen for you.” The bar was also unstaffed. 3. Saturday morning we went down thinking that surely a breakfast would be available at 7 am. Not so. 4. The “suite” furniture was not at all comfortable. Chairs were small and low. In summary, I’ve not had a worse experience at a Marriott property.

This property must have been recently renovated because our room looked brand new (had a “new” smell too). The placement of the bed allowed for a huge comfy couch seating area. Friendly staff and convenient to get to Summerfest (shuttle and easy on-off the highway). The price was a little steep, but I’m assuming that was due to Summerfest and was still cheaper than other options.

Initial room given was ADA not fully serviced with dirty towels still hanging. Only available alternate was another ADA room on 4th floor that was warm. Took a while for AC to make it comfortable. Not a great experience overall however shuttle to/from airport was convenient.

Only complaint had nothing to do with the hotel. We went to a concert which ended late (about 11:30 pm), We wanted dinner, but the restaurant and bar at the hotel wasn't opened and there was nothing in the immediate area except for Wendys, Burger King and McDonalds. It would have been nice to be able to get a decent meal that late at night.

Asked to get our room cleaned - front desk said they would tell housekeeping. When we went back to our room, the bed was made and we received new towels. That's it. Sheets were dirty - not exchanged for new ones. Glasses were dirty - not exchanged with new ones. Floor needed to be vacuumed - not done. Desk surface was still sticky - etc.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was clean. The restaurant is a Starbucks and available only in the morning with limited offerings. There were a few casual restaurants within walking distance.

The transportation was generous, quick, and had friendly staff. Location was amazingly quiet and my room was VERY comfortable.
