米爾頓貝斯特韋斯特酒店(Best Western Milton Inn)

We did not have hot water for 3 days. Our toilet was not flushing and t maintenance had to come every day. The manager ignored the fact that we had horrible service and acted like everything was good. The manager has refused to call me back.

Very close and easy access to interstate 10. Room had a musty-foul odor the entire stay. The noise level was irritating, could hear the neighbors talking, and all the room doors slam LOUDLY. Only given a half of a roll of toilet paper for a 3 night stay, had to ask for more and was told “we only have one roll left”. Would only stay there again as a last resort.

Close to the interstate and away from city congestion. Friendly and efficient staff.

Accused of smoking in room which didn't happen. As well as missing a top sheet which can't fit any bed in my house😡😡

It was, still is undoubtedly, very clean and well maintained. It is seconds from the I-10 E/W interchange and as of my stay, 11/16 - 11/20, it was the best price with ALL the amenities one needs. Check in was a snap as was check out and the desk clerks were very friendly. I have no thing negative to report.

Receptionist was very good. Note: this is an older hotel that has been recently “refreshed” and done well. Facility was fresh. My room was clean and neat. Breakfast was good. All in all I give it a an A

Front desk service was zero friendly. The AC wasn’t working properly.

Very nice pool area. Hot breakfast and awesome staff. Will definitely return. Clean rooms.

Just what we needed. Maybe a couple more towels but that’s on us to ask. Thanks again!
