The AC in the building did not work. Breakfast was not good very limited. My keys to my room did not work twice. The pool needs to be painted. My TV in my room would not work. My windows in my room needed to be replaced they were full of moisture. The pull out bed was so bad for my son. The door to my room had to be pulled closed. Very disappointed in my stay the hotel is a 1 star.

The hot warm was lukewarm in sink and shower. There was food on floor so want cleaned properly. Pool was closed on a holiday weekend

Reasonable price and good location. The big detractor was the poor condition of the wood furniture in the rooms. Dresser, nightstands and refrig/microwave stand all looked like a dog had chewed the bottom edges off, and the tops were also severely damaged. Never seen anything like this in all of my years of business and leisure travel. They literally looked like they were pulled from a dumpster of discarded furniture, or purchased from someone prepared to refinish them. Should have taken pics but forgot, sorry.

Hotel was great staff was great veryhelpful.
The only complaint is the chlorine smell was extremely strong, we were on the third floor and could smell it up there, but when we walked in the entrance it was extreme. Room was very nice other than that.

Decent hotel, was a little dirty/dusty in common spaces and the pool area. Rooms are dated and furniture is dinged. Is fine for what it is...a place to sleep in Michigan City and nothing more.

Slow sink and shower drains. If you’ve traveled as much as I have, you know how annoying this is. Spacious room and mostly quiet. Strong chlorine smell.

Door to hotel room would not shut without slamming. I always feel that if you have a king bed you should have king size pillows not pillows that are square.

I enjoyed more than i thought i would. Its a smaller hotel which is actually great. There are less customers so things like the pool and breakfast are less crowded
