Nice place with restaurant next door. Very convenient and easy to find. Very polite staff and easy check in experience. Staff interaction was phenomenal.

Over all the hotel was good. Just a couple of things annoyed us - the sheets did not fit the bed, corners kept slipping off, and the toilet seat was lose .

We had to switch rooms because none of the lights worked in our room, then in the new room the sheets were dirty, 4 people in one room but only gave us 2 towels (2 queen bed) and when we were going down to the lobby to check out someone had threw up (or something worse) in the elevator and no one bothered to clean it up they just put a wet floor sign next to it. After all that we chose to skip breakfast. We had never stay at a Tru hotel before and the atmosphere seemed nice but this location kinda ruied any furture stay at a Tru for us.

The stay here was pleasant however the only thing I had a problem with was the noise. It seems as though the hotel wasn't built with sound proof material. You can hear people in the hallway clearly from your room, I was on the third floor and all night I could hear the people above me walking around. Didn't get much sleep because of that.

The 9-star rating was a big reason we booked but were disappointed to find a small room, sheets that kept coming off the bed, difficult-to-work remote, etc. nothing was bad but it was certainly less than expected.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Activities for the kids in lobby. Good breakfast & SUPER CLEAN rooms

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds months in advance. When we checked in we were told that they were overbooked and only had a room with one bed. All hotels were booked up in the area so we had no choice but to stay. We had to make a pallet on the floor with blankets for someone to sleep on. The lady working the counter gave us the name of the manager (Nate) and said to call him on Monday and let him know what happened. I called a few times that week starting on Monday. Each time I called I was told he was in a “ meeting” and would call me back. He never called back after several messages. We are regulars at this hotel but will be looking for another place to stay moving forward since management doesn’t care about its customers.
