梅里迪恩希爾頓花園酒店(Hilton Garden Inn Meridian)

Upon entry the remodeled hotel looks wonderful. But we were quickly disappointed to find that the restaurant and pool were both closed with no explanation and they were both the biggest reasons we chose this hotel. Then in the room they told us was renovated this year we find a sleeper sofa had odd bleach type stains all over the cushions and it just appeared very unclean. The thermostat couldn’t be adjusted and I find it unacceptable on many levels. Then to top it off there wasn’t even a toilet paper roll holder in the bathroom and it was just sitting on the counter, very unsettling. For so much of this hotel being renovated in the last 6 months we were very disappointed and will not be staying there any time soon.

Property was safe but was under construction. So had to use pool next door and even though I paid for a suite. I didn’t receive that and was comped one breakfast ticket I couldn’t use due to early check out. If you go through ******* to purchase hotels it seems like you are downgraded for using a third party rather than the actual hotel site.

We were happily surprised to find there was a restaurant on site. And the food was excellent. Nice bar as well. They’re renovating the property and our room was new and very nice. Lots of nice touches to make it comfortable and convenient. Will definitely stay here again

this hotel is under refurbishment and you can expect some issues. My room was suppose to be finished but there were electrical plates in bathroom missing, no place to hang towels, no place in shower to put anything except on the floor. Till things are "Really" finished I will pass on staying here again

I always appreciate the hotel lounges at Hilton. The food is good, the drinks are reasonable, and I don't have to drive anywhere after a long day of driving. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the rooms are always good. I am not personally a fan of the free breakfasts. Most of them are not very good. I understand if you have a family. I would rather have the lounge. You will definitely need that if you have a family. :)

The overall property was decent. When I entered my room, I found used straw wrappers and crumbs on the night table. There was also hair in and around the tub.

Biggest complaint is that the breakfast is not advertised as not being free. Assumed it was continental breakfast, and was given a bill for $30. Wouldn’t have been a big deal if the food was any good, but the worst hotel breakfast I’ve had. Place was not very clean - I’ve stayed at the Hampton Inn nearby, will be staying there next time.

Good place to stop when you’re traveling and need to crash. Front desk lady was precious! Tornado warning all night but we survived and headed to the beach!
