Good hotel for near the airport. A free shuttle took us to the airport at 4 in the morning. The front desk was nice and always ready to answer questions.

First off we had to way an extra hour and a half to check in because they were busy that weekend. Just to check into dirty rooms. The shower and toilet seat had hair from previous guests. The coffee maker still had the used coffee pods left in it. The sheets definitely hadn't been changed it was still make up on the pillow cases. The iron board was soaking wet for whatever reason. There was a alarm clock that didn't work so the only way i kept up with the time was from my phone. We had a phone without a phone cord which didn't make since. Then the smell in the room was funky. The breakfast was horrible. I even explained my guests and i worked at a hotel so just give us clean linen and we could've cleaned the rooms ourselves, which they told us No... We were told that we could gladly find another hotel and believe me had the other hotels not been sold out we would have. I've never known an establishment to speak to there guests in this manner.

Our vehicle was almost stolen back window broke into crack heads knocking on our window smoking ***** outside the window while my little boy was there, I immediately went to the front desk and complained cigarettes being smoked the room was nasty and not clean we tried to get a full refund to go some place else we were refused and had to stay and didn’t have a good thanksgiving. Horrible customer service I asked for the manager several days and were lied to. I would never stay here again

Room did not smell good—strong musty odor. Carpet was coming apart. A very small lizard lived in the bathroom—did not bother us. Bedding was excellent, staff was helpful and friendly. Seems that some reinvestment is due for the property.

El staff terrible llegamos muy mala atencion y aparte encontre 2 tuallas sucias en mi baño y cuando le dije ala de recepcion me ignoro no me dio la tarjeta me la avento simplemente terrible MUY MAL...

This property is dirty and in a very weird area. Not near the airport. The workers also will charge your card extra when you check out please check your transaction history when you leave here or only pay in cash.

The stay was fine. The water came out of the faucet and the shower brown for a short amount of time. it was very gross.

Friendly staff, clean facility and room. Gracious breakfast buffet and an indoor heated pool. we enjoyed our stay. Soft bed/sheets/pillows. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. Comfortable seating and ottoman, nice double door wardrobe, three drawer dresser, a desk and wheeled chair, plenty of lamps/lighting, a full length mirror and a flat screen tv all in our standard king room were all acceptable/nice. Nice big grassy area for the dogs to get some exercise around the back/side. (only a partial fence) Only downsides were that the hot tub wasn't working during our stay, the seating in the breakfast area needs to be replaced and some overall deterioration and updating needed to be done in some areas like bathroom doors discolored from rigorous cleaning and curtains with stains. Overall we were pleased with our stay. Loved the waffles, fresh fruit and yogurt! We will stay again.

Very dirty. Had to stay the first night due to time of night, but canceled 2nd night and got a refund.
