Good service, and lots of amenities with large breakfast as well

The staff are really friendly and made my stay here very pleasant. The cleanliness is impeccable, and I was so happy that there is guest laundry facilities available.

Very noisy: uncontrolled kids using the halls as their playpen, dogs howling in the early morning. Terrible if you want to rest. Good internet (wifi, ethernet). Mostly clean except for the dried up white fluid on the bed skirt of one of the beds. Better attention to detail when cleaning is absolutely necessary. The bathroom and hard surfaces were clean. For the price I was not impressed as it was one of the more expensive options. After this experience I'm very reluctant to book this chain again.

It was convenient to where we were travelling and provided a quiet, clean place to stay with a great breakfast.

Excellent breakfast bar, prime location for arena, Costco and freeway access plus beds are most comfortable-checked brand for reference.

Our check in eas quick and efficient. The rooms here were pleasant, and large. The bathroom and shower were nice as well. My one major concern was with the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast runs from 6 am until 10 am but by 9 am there was little to no selection left. There were no hot options, no waffle mix, only cold cereal and some bread.

Upgraded to a larger room, comfortable beds! We’ll book again each summer on our travels to BC

The hotel was located in a place where it was easy to access from the highway and close to major streets into the City Centre as needed.

This is basically a brand new hotel in excellent shape and easy to find. The properties around the area are sp**** so the property is subject to windy weather but this will improve. The friendly staff made our staff very enjoyable.
