A reasonable place to stay. The kitchenette’s are convenient but there’s no cookware or plates so it’s not totally useful. Seemed like a lot of homeless hanging around the area. There was also a big old motorhome with a tow sticker on it which made the place seem a little less savory. If you need useable, relatively inexpensive lodging, this will work.

I like that it is in walking distance to MFR airport and that it is clean and new. The rooms are good size with kitchenette and a FULL sized fridge. I did note that they are a little noisy from the almost adjacent traffic on Biddle Rd and with very little sound insulation in the walls/windows. There are snacks available to purchase, no restaurant or prepared food.

We checked in and the first room we got had bread crumbs all over the coffee pot and the bathtub had hair stuck to it. The second one that they moved us to smelled and the third room I thought was clean until after we had got back from dinner and had gotten ready for bed and went into the bathroom and the wall plug in had something brown on it, the light switch you could see that there was something on it and the back of the bathroom door had something on it. By far the worst stay and will never stay there again.

When we checked in, the first room we were sent to had not been made up. Room 106, where we stayed, had a carpet that was so dirty, it stank. The carpet also had three, large red stains at the foot of one of the beds. It looked like blood. The system of bringing our complimentary breakfast at 9:00 the night before was disruptive. The staff called our room twice to verify our order. We would have been in bed before 9:00, but had to stay up wait for convenience store food that wasn't worth waiting for. Additionally, no utensils were provided. How do you eat yogurt and breakfast cereal without a spoon? We will never choose that chain again.

Super convenient location right next to the airport. I would definitely stay here again. Room was clean and comfortable. Not exceptional, but awesome for the price and location.

They just don’t pay attention My room was dirty when I arrived so next day I ask at the lobby for someone to clean it and nobody showed up until next morning and that was the only day (from 4 nights 5 days) that cleaning was done.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. No frills hotel but clean and well run. Impressive range of TV channels. I’ve found the Internet connection to be weak.
