羅格麗晶套房酒店(Rogue Regency Inn & Suites)

Hotel was close to the airport. Offered a shuttle service. Sports Bar and restaurant was reasonably priced. Service was great. Front Desk staff awesome. Room was stocked well and very clean. Hotel was very quiet. Bed above all was very comfortable. Will stay here again.

Easy check-in, friendly staff. Room was clean and fairly spacious. Plenty of pillows and the bed was comfortable. Our only complaints were the tv - the sound was tinny and annoying and the noisy, obnoxious light in the bathroom. Hint - use the timed heat lamp and avoid the buzz. Extra compliments to our server, Jessica, at The Grill restaurant, who went out of her way to make our dining experiences special.

The 2 staff members we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Bed was uncomfortable, room good sized, but this is not a 3 star hotel…unless you are talking about the lobby…2 star, or maybe 2.5 star. Our room’s outside door was hung badly, with about a 3/4 inch gap between top of door and door jamb…your could actually see into the room from the outside hallway when the door was closed. Slow serving staff at attached restaurant for evening meal (you could here them laughing, talking in “the back” instead of waiting on customers)…waited for 15 minutes just to place an order…and the restaurant was not even 1/4 full.

The staff members were pleasant. But, when I asked which entrance was best for my handicapped partner I was told to take the elevators at the lobby to the room. It turns out our room was at the opposite end of the long building. There was another handicapped entrance at that end of the building. That would have been helpful to know as that was a long walk with her walker. The room itself was outdated, the furniture had scratches all over it, there were poorly patched holes in the wall. The air conditioner/heating unit had been replaced with a smaller unit. You could see outside through the space on each side of the unit! There was a mask on the floor as well as pieces of leaves and dirt that had blown through the holes in the wall next to the heater/air conditioner. It appears this was once a nice motel, but it has not been updated or well maintained.

The staff was excellent. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast/food options were great as well as it was made fresh by the on-site restaurant. Rooms were clean and location was good. The only downside was the Wi-Fi/internet services were at times, a bit slow.

The room smelled horrible. The rooms are very out dated, broken doors etc. and not very clean. There is no pride of ownership whatsoever.

Very noisy, could not sleep at night. And, the lady at the front desk gave us the worst possible room despite of our request for a "quieter room if possible".
