科瑞特爾套房酒店 - 傑斯帕麥庫克(Coratel Inn & Suites by Jasper McCook)

We ended up leaving this hotel, just after checking in. There were hairs ALL over the beds, the bathroom was not clean, cigarette butts on the floor, and the room smelt retched. The shower wouldn’t turn on and someone had to come show us how to “muscle” the shower on. The parking lot was sketchy and I was worried about leaving the cars parked there and homeless were digging through the trash in back! They claimed they would refund my stay and I have not seen a dime back. So, liars on top of it.

Child size toilet and shower. Low water pressure. When someone turns on sink faucet while taking a shower, the shower became scalding hot. When I sat on the end of the bed, the mattress fell off the frame. Feet got dirty walking from bed to bathroom. No elevator. Ran out of lots of breakfast items. Had to walk a block away to find grass for pet. Had to get new key cards several times because they quit working.

No hot water for morning shower! Room had cracks in doors and windows that let lots of light in. Old in need of replacement of all bathroom fixtures.

The mattress was not comfortable the TV was fuzzy the pool and hot tub are out of order. There was a very thin blanket in the middle of winter

Nothing was as it was reported. Apparently the hotel got purchased a few months ago and they took out most of the stuff and haven't repaired anything. The game room, almost all of the vending machines, the pool table were all gone. The pool had a leak and couldn't be used and the hot tub was broken. The room had wiring hanging down from the light above the sink, the bathroom door wouldn't close and the lights in the bathroom didn't work. The room was tiny and very run down. The beds were lumpy and lopsided. There was a gap under the room door, the closet doors were missing as were ALL THE SMOKE DETECTORS and the iron was missing. The only thing that was good about the trip (and she was AWESOME) was the lady running the front desk overnight.

Great over night stay. Think we were one of the only ones staying that night so the customer service was excellent. It was so quiet we had to turn a fan on in the room. Older hotel but loved what they had done with it. Pool was under repair but we were not planning on using it anyway. Very friendly service!

The person at the front was really nice The bathrooms were a little small, but the price was perfect I'll definitely stay again in that hotel.

Did not get the room i booked. My friend had to pay extra for a disabled room! Not okay after I spoke with owner/manager day of booking. Won’t use again.

The pictures on the site do NOT in any way reflect the reality of the conditions the hotel is currently in! There is no water in the pool, the hot tub is covered, there is NOT a pool table or arcade games and the hotel has a terrible odor. The room was very dirty, bugs in the corners, and in the area where the mini fridge was supposed to be located. The jet tub was so gross there was no way I would consider using it or the shower. If I could have gotten a refund and wasn't so exhausted there is no way I would have stayed. I feel completely cheated due to the false advertisement and false reviews!! I spent 150.00 for a room that was crap, the mattress was horrible and the bedding old and ultra thin. The parking area is dirty and dark, no security lights in an area of town that is not super safe at night.
