Great experience at this location for a three-night solo business trip. Breakfast was on point each morning, with tortillas and beans to go with the standard eggs-and-meat fare (and nothing really standard about that, either: eggs each day were varied, and there were also fried eggs and perfect hash brown squares). There is also an inside bar, and when I was there (Mon. - Thurs.), all guests got one free drink a day, up to a $10 value. The workout room is well-equipped. My only knock on this location is that there are only a handful of carry-out food places next door (Pieology, Tropical Smoothie, etc.); there are some good places across Trenton Road, but traffic can be busy.

Had a full room booked . Got there at 3. Told me the rooms were not ready. Went back 40 minutes later still nothing. Than they told me they over booked the full rooms so they offered me a 2 bed room. I dont even think i for the difference back. I also saw a giant cockroach in the room.

Spacious rooms, cozy beds, and awesome breakfast. My daughters enjoyed swimming in the pool, & it also had lots of different areas in the hotel to relax. Very beautiful hotel.

This was a fantastic hotel and a great room. Service was quick and courteous. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay here again

The staff was friendly. There is plenty of eating options in short proximity to the property. It was very quiet.

For Bonvoy members looking in the McAllen area it’s good. No bellman or concierge or room service of course. But the free breakfast and the bar in the evening are adequate for a hotel in the $150-$200 range. It’s clean and new. There’s cool new stuff nearby. Lots of cool new stuff. And it is very nearby. Ask for extra pillows.
