Racismo.ala atención ni me dejaron entrar a la habitación me ofrecían dormir en la sala de hotel

Check in took way too long. They did not make it easy. It was also difficult to understand the desk person speaking through a wall of lexan

Very clean friendly staff. Only complaint is there needs to be a coffee pot and coffee in the room. Not everyone wants to get dressed right away to go downstairs for coffee, me being one of these people, lol. Will stay there again

I didn't get to check in. I was told that all the rooms were fully booked. They are not aware of the booking that I have made using *******. I am expecting a full refund. Thanks.

Water in bathtub drain real slow. Bathtub has a dirty ring around bath tub. Dirt in crack of bathroom floor.

No glasses or coffee maker in room. Free brteakfast was a joke! won"t be staying there again.

First room was dirty, the beds are full not queen. Super uncomfortable, super soft.

No heat in room stuffy have copd so could not sleep desk said we can’t do anything till Monday

Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Rooms could have been cleaner. Bathroom vents and toilet was not cleaned. Doors need repainted. An older building that needs some TLC. Key didn’t work after first night stay. I was supposed to get a credit because they didn’t have the King bed I reserved. I haven’t seen the credit yet. The beds in my room need replaced. They are old and not very comfortable.
