託萊多莫米-箭頭萬怡酒店(Courtyard Toledo Maumee/Arrowhead)

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had an odd smell & they immediately moved us to another room. Rooms were nice & clean. Lobby was beautiful. Bar was a bit over priced but that was expected.

This used to be a favorite place to stay. Not anymore! My last two stays have been enough that I won’t be going back. Sondra at check in is an angel, but she can’t help the rest. First, this is now the noisiest place to stay in the area. If it’s not coming from the housekeeping team early in the morning with their cleaning and radio on high volume playing in the hallway…it’s likely the trucks at the nearby industrial spots. There is also a strange mechanical sound that happens regularly, that roars through the building a few times a day. Like a compactor or something on-site. If this wasn’t enough, the hotel hosts many wedding parties and let’s them roam freely. I’ve often had drunk wedding attendees loudly up and down the hallway through the nights. If that’s not enough, the place itself needs some upkeep. My shower was a constant leak and fight, but my toilet (both trips, separate rooms) was an issue. The handle would get stuck and the reservoir tank had parts floating around in it. Caused the tank to overflow and run endlessly if not monitored closely. Again, the staff is great. But staying somewhere and getting a little quiet, shouldn’t be such a struggle.

One first arrived had to change rooms first room bathroom was dirty and wall was discolored and room seemed like it was not cleaned properly was excited for this day since the reviews were so fabulous not fabulous day

Overall a decent hotel, but we had to swap rooms due to loud and rude neighbors (this isn't on the hotel). My only complaint is between the two rooms I had it felt like each of them were lacking something (for example, the 2nd room had no headboard for a king size bed). The 2nd room also had a leaky roof that was dripping onto the dry wall ceiling. You could see water damage and hear the dripping.

First we got a handicapped room, which we didn’t request, so there was no counter space in the bathroom, and the shower was set up to spray with the hand held wand, at waist length. There were exactly two tissues in the dispenser. The site said breakfast came with the room, but we found out it was at extra cost. Even the coffee was at a cost. The pictures showed a couch with the king room, which It didn’t have. In general, not up to the standard that Marriott used to be.

This was an affordable stay with free parking and internet and a pool, which my son enjoyed. It had a decent breakfast at the bistro. The hotel room could be more clean.

First was dirty and the second room they still need need something done but we need to get to go a wedding so it had to do but will not stay at there again
