凱藝套房酒店(Quality Inn & Suites - Mattoon)

Very happy to help with whatever needs we needed. Location was perfect. I would definitely stay again.

Fine store værelser. Mærkelig duft på gangen. Airconditionen larmer så meget at vi måtte slukke den om natten, men så blev der koldt 😬. Morgenmaden var rigtig fin og generelt så et hyggeligt sted med sødt personale. Hotellet ligger lidt ude, men MacDonald ligger lige overfor. Vi kørte små 6 km. og tog maden med retur til værelset.

I was passing through Illinois and needed a pet friendly place for the night. The desk clerk was friendly as well as the manager. Our stay was comfortable, quiet and affordable. This is a decent no frills place for the night with some warm food options for breakfast. My dog felt comfortable—bonus is there’s a large empty grass area in the front for pet relief. I’d stay here again.

Needs some maintenance done in some of the rooms. The shower head sprayed water everywhere or else it didn’t have pressure if someone else down the hall was using it.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was quite clean and in good repair. The room was clean, didn't have any unpleasant odors or air fresheners, and the shower was clean, stayed hot, and spacious. I would stay here again.

The room was updated and nice for the cost. The staff was friendly. The property is a couple miles from the main part of town so you are driving everywhere but they have done a good job updating and I would stay there again. It would be great in the summer with the outdoor pool

This area isn’t as populated as it is farther north on the interstate. It makes it much quieter. It is in the process of being updated and remodeled.

Water pressure in bathroom sink very poor. Breakfast on Saturday morning didn’t start until 6:30 and our group usually leaves at 6am.

The property is fine and the people at the hotel are fine. The coordination or business procedures between ******* and the hotel were sadly lacking! We had made our reservations through ******* and had prepaid. We had documentation from ******* that we were fully paid, but they had no idea about our transaction. They did their best to deal with it, and luckily they had rooms available. If they had been full of other guests, we would have been in sorry shape, scrambling to find other accommodations despite having the proof that we had already paid for their room in full. Better get this fixed!
