曼斯費爾德紅屋頂酒店(Red Roof Inn Mansfield)

The room was supposed to be non smoking but it smelled like cigarettes. I had to ask the front desk for some air freshener to try to get rid of the smell. The room was damp and even though I am sure housekeeping made the beds and put fresh linen, I am not sure they actually cleaned. There was hair in the top and on the sink counter which did not belong to my daughter or I. They kept my pet deposit when I know for certain neither of our fur babies did any damage. We were there from 1130 pm to 530 am. We were to afraid to use the shower so we just slept a couple hours and left as soon as we could. It was the third day into our four day road trip across country.

It was decent value for cost but I would have preferred to pay a little more for something better.

We arrived at the Red Roof Inn after being dissatisfied at a nearby hotel. I was frustrated upon arrival, but Brittany at the front desk was so kind and patient with us. She found us a reasonable rate. When we couldn’t get our TV working, Brittany moved us across the hall where everything worked fine. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with a nice hot shower Thanks to Brittany we have a new place to stay when we travel through Mansfield.

No frills here but sometimes you just need a safe place to stay without all the fuss. This hotel, conveniently located off of I-71 between Columbus and Cleveland, is near several fast food and sit down restaurants and boasts a sparkling clean lobby, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and plenty of space for our two dogs. Coffee and tea are provided 24/7 in the lobby, and there is a dog walk area with poop bags! Although you could hear noise from other rooms while in the hallway, once in our room, it was peaceful and quiet. TIP: Ask for a room on the back side of the hotel for great woods views! I had some work to do, and it was such a pleasant experience to open the curtains and have nature (not a parking lot) for me and the dogs to enjoy before heading out to visit relatives. We will likely return to this hotel again!

Staff did not account for 3 adults staying....had to ask for an extra set of towels and soap/shampoo.

It's an old building with minimal upkeep. Room was dark and dingy. Lights by the door did not work, had to walk into a dark room to find additional lighting. Hairdryer did not work but was replaced with a working unit. Room was not serviced during our stay. We had to get our own clean towels, which were stained.

My account that I used to pay for the stay was hacked right after the payment was processed. Very inconvenient for me now!!

First room we were given had no fridge so we then were given a room on the second floor with a fridge and no garbage can. I wish I had known that we had to carry our things up the steps so that was a bit rough. We could hear everything from the hallway and outside so it made it difficult to sleep. On the positives, the carpets were clean and there was plenty of hot water.

We needed a place to stay overnight on our way through town. The room was clean. We did not have any issues during our stay. The hotel provided coffee and pastries in the morning. It was close to the interstate and was exactly what we needed. Would stay again.
