Everything was great. But the ad on expedia said I would have gym access but I when I got there staff told me only the tenants had access. So I was a little disappointed. I don't understand why have a gym included in the ad if guests paying guests or tourists can't use it.

要在馬尼拉轉機去帕勞。夜裡在機場坐黃色出租車（花了400比索，其中60比索是給司機的小費）到的酒店，給了一個最高樓層看三角花園的房間，房間已經重新裝修過了。大堂很氣派，早餐還行。房間定的時候1100多元不可取消的（但花66元眾安保險可無理由取消退90%），當日看到攜程漲到了1700多元，竊喜。馬尼拉治安沒想象得那麼可怕，我們還用grab打車到老城和馬尼拉灣逛了一圈，晚上就飛往帕勞了。最後在老城打不到車去機場，衹好坐輕軌到最接近機場的站（距離機場有3公裏），然後實在沒法了花了200比索叫了輛三輪車去機場，很有意思的一段冒險。

我們通常在香格里拉馬卡蒂酒店預訂住宿，這是我們第一次嘗試普利米亞探索酒店。因為我過生日，我想要一間可以舒適地容納我家人的房間。他們的兩居室套房令人印象深刻。它有一間功能齊全的廚房、一間客廳、一間書房、一個帶大號床的主卧室，還有一間有兩張床的房間。就其價格而言，這是非常值得的。自助早餐也很棒。格洛麗埃塔購物中心就在不遠處。地下隧道的入口位於酒店入口的正面。一定會回來的!

Luxurious hotel in the physical sense but now dated and looking a bit tired. A lick of paint with the high VOC smell forced one of my friends to change rooms. In my room, the washing amenities were not provided upon check in and staff did not follow up with me afterwards. I chose this hotel based on my excellent experience at the Island Shangri-la in HK but was left disappointed with this one. Their only follow up with ne was. Questionnaire after my visit - but that’s too late… does not help me during my visit when I need it! They also totally messed me up when I was trying to get a taxi to a meeting. DON’T RELY ON THE HOTEL TO CALL A TAXI FOR YOU - they told me a taxi was coming… I waited…. And waited… then they finally told me it was not coming that they had not called one.. they were jusg trying to flag one down in front of the hotel… i was with a colleague and we gave up, walked down the road and 80m away found a taxi rank… with lots of taxis there! Why didn’t they tell is the taxi rank was close by?!

This is an older hotel in Makati close to Burgos St. Right in the center of everything Furniture is old and no room safes or any ectra spliffs. But the room was clean and nicely made up by house keeping. Staff is super friendly. Wifi worked great when I was there. You can't beat that price considering the location in the downtown area of Makati

酒店位置處於Makati老區，有點亂，酒店客人比較雜，看起來商務的不多，設施非常舊，我們預訂時描述的很好的房間實際拿到非常差，後來問了朋友説在國內訂的都不會給好房間，沒辦法衹好另外補錢，每晚➕1000披索換了一個大點的，朝向好點，但設施一樣舊！另外前台服務員簡直木瓜腦袋，我們續簽一晚交了錢竟然沒續卡，第二天發現進不了房間再回去續卡，結果查資料花了一小時，效率低到崩潰😡

優秀的酒店,位置優越,靠近許多餐館,購物中心,酒吧等。步行即可到達所有人。非常乾淨的房間和冰冷的空調。Wi-Fi很快,牀很舒服,有很多枕頭。前台工作人員和門工作人員都超級好,總是熱情。麗茲和奧布里是真正的寶石,讓我感到受歡迎。所有的門童也非常友好。樓上屋頂的游泳池很好,食物看起來不錯,但我沒有嘗試。不過房間裏的淋浴很好,因爲沒有門,有些水會滲到浴室的地板上,這樣會浸溼你的地板毛巾。希望他們能解決這個問題,儘管在這種情況下現代的設計並不順利。除此之外,我有一個很好的住宿,並很高興下次訪問回來!毫不猶豫地預訂!!

The hotel's ambience is too dark. When I Checked In no one approached me to help me with the luggage until they saw that I'm struggling and one staff ask the other to help me. You can see stains on the floor. When I arrived on my room we cannot open it because it's locked inside you know what the staff said to me? ”Ma'am is there someone inside?” and I was like ”Uhm, I don't know I am just about to check in” and isn't that's alarming? So someone can enter without them knowing? They know that a guest will check in and yet, they didn't checked the room prior? So I assume that they will transfer me to another room but after few minutes of them struggling to open the door they didn't offer to change room. They even told me to leave the other keycard on the slot inside so that the electricity will keep running even when I'm outside. But eventually found out that it's not working as well and they said that the room is ”automatic” I checked everything coz I'm being paranoid that what if someone's inside the room because of the incident earlier? I checked the bathroom and all the cabinets. Then, saw that the door going to balcony is not locked so I had to call them to locked it. The AC looks so old and dirty, curtains looks like they didn't changed and cleaned those for months. The bathtub doesn't have stopper. I asked them and they just gave me an ”improvised” stopper which can cause danger cause it has a metal that serves as its handle and it's pointed upward. When you use the shower the water spills thus the bathroom floor is wet and slippery they don't even have a rug inside the room. Very slow internet connection. Before I checked in I asked the hotel about the internet since I have to work there. They said it's fast and I will not have any problem. On my first day I mentioned to them about the slow internet and they just mentioned that it's because of heavy rain. On my 3rd day I lost my internet connection and cannot work I called the frontline and they said the same thing. I asked them what I will do coz I have work. They didn't even give me any resolution so I have no choice but to load my mobile data which is faster than their internet. Same thing happened the day after. The guard is sleeping at night. I went out with a friend and we go back around 3 am and the guard was sleeping he didn't even checked if the poeple going in and out are hotel guests. No one is at the front desk as well. I called them to request for some items but they mentioned that room service are no longer avaialble and that's around 7 or 8pm. So does it mean that if you have concern or emergency at night, no one will assist you?? The worst, late afternoon I accidentally closed my room door without my key card so I went down to ask for another one. The one that they provided did not work so they gave the room key to me. Past 6pm I went down to get some deliveries and I made sure to bring the keycard with me. I left the key coz I don't see any reason why I should bring that

The Ola Hostel is a great place to stay. It was our first stop in the Philippines and the staff was very welcoming. We could check-in early and had no problem extending our stay when we asked to. The rooftop bar was great and had everything you could ask for. The staff at the front desk was helpful and gave us lots of information. Our room had a little balcony and it was nice to watch the city at night. I would definitely go back and stay there again. It's a great welcome to the Philippines.

這酒店應該是家老牌四星酒店，但十幾年的設備也該換一換，更新下了，五六百訂的房，設施還不如招待所，床居然是帶輪子的，衞浴設備更是老的掉牙！大堂的香薰味道實在太濃烈，有點想吐！酒店唯一的亮點就是早餐挺豐盛的，適合各種口味。
