The motel claims to be non-smoking. The room I was given had horrendous combination pet and smoke odor which they attempted to cover up by lysol and other strong cleaning chemical. I complained and was immediately was placed in a better room - no odors at all. However, the air conditioner window unit continually kicked on and off - which is expected BUT what is not expected is the loudness of the air conditioner. It woke me up every 30 minutes. I complained to the front desk about each room's issues. They claimed they had people go into that room and could not smell any odors and that there was no problem with the air conditioner - it is normal to go on and off all night; that is what window units do. I left the Super 8 early (I had reserved it for 5 nights through *******) and requested a refund for the remaining 3 nights I would not be there. They refused and argued that it is "in the fine print of the third party agreement that there would be no refund but most people do not read that". The workers were polite but refused to give good customer service. I will not go back nor would I recommend Super 8 because of this terrible experience, I left my stay there exhausted instead of refreshed and rested.

I didn’t stay at your hotel. The woman at the front desk was horribly nasty to me when I tried to check in early. When I did finally try and check in, she tried to charge my credit card more for a pet fee than was listed on the hotel policy page. She wouldn’t let me talk to a manager, so I left and found a different hotel. I tried calling 4 different times to talk to a manager and the phone rang and rang and rang. No one ever picked up. I am completely disgusted with the way someone in customer service as you walk in the front door would treat a customer.

The web site stated $25 for pets….the paperwork I signed stated $25 for pets…was told I would be charged $50….when I said everywhere states $25…I was told it literally changed yesterday. I said I didn’t want to pay $50…and to cancel my reservation since that fee wasn’t what was stated on the web site…I was told I couldn’t cancel my reservation. Terrible customer service. The rooms are terrible…there are holes and stains on the carpet. I feel like I’m in a dark, basement dungeon.

This property was horrible! Luckily we only needed one night because we didn’t even want to walk around without shoes on let alone step into the nasty shower and bathroom floor. No A/C outside the room so it was blazing hot, 3rd floor with no elevator and had to get cards replace because they weren’t working. This stay will keep me from considering a Wyndham property in the future

lamentablemente no lo recomendaria, el hotel esta en una exelente ubicacion pero el estado en el que esta deja mucho que desear, el cuarto que nos dieron tenia un olor a humedad tan intenso que mejor compre un bote de desinfectante y los colchones estaban undidos, definitivamente no lo recomiendo.

It was very dirty and unpleasant. Clothing left behind, dirty restrooms and no available toiletries. Stayed here for the price and close to the place we came to visit. But we were very disappointed in this hotel

We needed to cancel the second night and could not get your website to work. we left anyway and should be reimbursed for the last night

The gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to help us when I accidentally booked the wrong date.

The only positive thing to say about this property is there’s a Starbucks next-door.
