Amazing customer service. Some faults with our stay. We could hear our neighbors, small spikes on the rugged area, stains on towels, dirty utensils, and broken keys to our room. Not a perfect stay but we enjoyed it and would come back again because of the staffing.

Candlewoods are a good chain, this location in Manassas is tucked away on a low-key stretch of road between a gas station and an industrial park so if you need anything your driving to get it, unless you use their convenience store. The property itself is in good shape, and the design of the suites is minimalist and tasteful. The desk staff was polite but could be more attentive. The house keeping staff dropped the ball; the couch in my room was a mess with dried on stains. Everything else was clean but that one omission was very weird.

A nice hotel. The kitchen was a plus. The room was very clean and comfortable. Checkin and checkout were easybwith friendly staff. I would stay here again.

Everything was great, except for the key card and getting into the room. Almost every time I went back to the room it took me several times using the key card to get into my room, and I almost had to go back a few times to the front desk and asked the person about it.

The room I pick looked like the pics. Check in was easy and fast. The only problem I had was trouble w key card and door hard to open several times.

Comfy beds. Mirror lighting was a fav of mine personally and my bf loved the layout of the room

Very nice hotel, clean, service was great and we got to check in a couple hours early. Staff was super friendly. If we ever come back to the area, we would for sure come stay here again.

You can't go wrong with Candlewood. I always look for them when planning a trip. For the money you will not find a chain that's better appointed or more clean.
