The heat was not working correctly in our room and it was a very cold night. We had the thermostat up to 80 to get just a little bit of warm air. Also our tub had not been cleaned at all as there was both long hair and body hair in the tub. No showers for us needless to say. The rest of the room was clean so I guess the tub was missed.

No heat in the room. Called Front desk and I was told that maintenance will get in touch with me on how to work the thermostat. Waited for about 30 mins - no maintenance. Called FD about the situation and told her that we are frozen!! I was informed that she is by herself and need me to come down and pick the key for another room.. the room that they switch us to has a big torn on the carpet. I have pic if needed.

We prefer a firmer mattress.
The power was out for several hours with no generator, we had no heat and no lights in or around the building. The staff worked to keep us safe and comfortable. They were very apologetic for any inconvenience.

Hate to leave a middling review, but - awkward location, dated interiors (meaning, dingy - I don't care if it's "the latest thing"), zero drinking glasses in the room (not even plastic cups), and worst was no breakfast at all (just a coffee bar in the lobby with pricing higher than even a Starbucks). Reception staff was very nice, and the HVAC worked well, but that was about it.

Go elsewhere. The review site won’t even let you leave a honest review! They keep rejecting the honest review and want me to raise the star score, NO! Place was horrible!

The front desk was not there to check in and had to find the maid service to find the front desk person. He didn’t apologize and said he was busy doing something. The room was small and the room had a weird smell

It’s was not good, the Toliet wouldnt flush properly and the tv wouldnt work, it was very outdated, i was scared of bedbugs

The staff was excellent! Very friendly, personable, professional and efficient. The property requires renovation immediately! Rugs are horribly worn snd look filthy. Hotel does not have a cleanliness to it at all.
