The hotel ws very clean, and check-in process was swift and easy. My only suggesstion is that they get a plug-in fragrance for the lobby, I wasn't fond of the scent. The rooms were nice, the price was affordable and I had an amazing time. I would defeinitely recommend this hotel. 9.5/10.

The property is inviting . Twice now with reservations, they keep messing up on the ******* software ******* is excellent in resolving this however, our information was all correct and the staff doesn’t know how to use the computer. not good customer service skills when you are accusatory of the customer making a mistake and everything was all paid for in advance. Thank you.

The lady at the front was rude ,short and not very professional. The first room had a bug crawling on the bed. When went to front she seemed to careless like it was the norm. They gave me another room the bathroom needs to be updated the shower fixtures was old hard to cut on and off , low shower pressure and the toilet was low to the floor. The hotel needs more light and better signage.I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here

I was on the 1st floor, which is the basement. My room had mold in several places, the air conditioner did not work. The flooring was moving and cracking as I walked on it (with shoes on because the floor wasnt clean). The bathroom had black hair on the floor. I felt like I was sleeping in a dungeon. Only positive was the sheets were clean, believe me, I checked.

The beds were super comfy and the location is by almost everything!I would definitely stay again.The cleanliness of this property was a 7/10. There were stains on the bathroom wall by the sink,hair strands also randomly in the bathroom and someone’s socks were under the bed I slept in.I would recommend but they need to do better.

Upon arrival everything looked great but it went down hill from there. We were given the incorrect room and had to get that fixed. Once you left the lobby it was a significant change in temperature that instantly made you sweat in the hallways. The difference in appearance changed as well. The elevator was also a scary situation cause it damn near closed on me anytime I got in it. The water damage was clearly evident in the rooms as well. Nearly everyone that stayed was complaining. Thankfully I reserved early and paid less than others.

The room smelled like mildew. The air conditioning is just a window unit that smells like mold. The toilet had been used before we entered and not flushed. The air conditioner kept turning off throughout the night, it became so silent you could hear noise cars and traffic all night so we did not get any sleep. The continental breakfast was not fresh, probably leftovers from the previous day. The woman taking care of the breakfast area rudely told us to move out of the way so she could sweep as we were busy making our coffee and the hot coffee station. The worst hotel I have seen in a long time.

Nice/decent stay. The room is modern style. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is good. If you’re looking for a cheap room but quality condition, this is it.

The place was comfortable and the staff was super kind, especially the nice bartender. She was younger and we generally enjoyed conversations with her. She needs a raise, for how kind she is to everyone and how she’s open to making whatever we wanted.
