內華達渡假酒店(Outbound Mammoth)

The staff and pricing was fine. The mattress was great, but the building seems run down. For example the heater switch was broken in the kitchen area, the phone didn’t work at all, and the shower did not drain at all. It left 2-3” of standing water even after 8 hours. The property just needs some upkeep. Bowls were chipped in the kitchen, etc. that all being said we enjoyed our stay here and the hot tub was a lovely 102 F.

Hotel is good but the heater in our room made some loud noise every once in a while. Also a steam room and jacuzzi have been under renovation for like a year. Hopefully they get fixed soon.

We ended up having to check out early due to the poor conditions at the property: paper thin walls, loose toilet, hard mattress that didn’t fit the box spring, non-working wifi (thus no TV). Front desk wouldn’t answer the phone. Hard to find parking. Got woken up by upstairs guests several times throughout the night as could hear every noise like walking, conversation, etc.

We arrived later than expected but front desk was very accommodating. They were very prompt in their replies to us and welcoming. The lobby and rooms were beautifully decorated and the stay was very comfortable. Only downside was we only could stay for a night. Will book the hotel again if we ever visit in future. Free wifi and complimentary hot tea and coffee available for all guests.

This is a decent hotel with very friendly staff. check in/out process was easy. room was nice and updated. Only complaint was the beds. not comfy at all

Quiet, visit was not during ski reason, not very busy. Undergoing renovation. Rough parking lot. No breakfast, only coffee

The location was great close to shopping and grocery . The room was kind of old but clean.There was no hair dryer in our room .The shower has no shower curtains hence the floor outside of shower is wet. And the worst is the wifi barely worked the whole time we stayed .I just used my 5G network on my celfon . There is no extra outlet for celfon charging you have to put your charger on the extension on the floor .So inconvenient . There was no table for coffee or dinner . The hotel is under renovation .Parking is hard you have to be early ro have space for the car. Overall rating for me is 7 ouy of 10z Thank you.

Convenient location with easy access to main freeways. Closed to restaurants of all kinds. Room was comfortable and of a good size.

Location and staff are great but the facilities are not. The property looks ok but smells old. Limited parking space with no lights covering the other side of the parking lot.
