The bed was super comfortable, fresh crisp linen, well laid out room with full wardrobe and a bath! Solid built room meant noise from the main road was at a minimum and decent blockout curtains. Reception staff were super helpful when i left my reading glasses behind, they found them no drama.

It was convenient ,clean staff were friendly ,close to Maitland hospitals public and private with the shopping mall up the road

Rooms very clean and tidy. Handy for exploring the mainland area and 5 min from the huge stockland mall. Even though it’s on the highway you are not disturbed by noise .

Absolutely excellent customer service. Cannot more highly recommend! Room was clean, comfortable and safe. Thank you so much for making me stay comfortable and easy!

Checkin was OK but the room was a little disappointing as the carpet looked quite grubby - the beds looked fine. The bathroom was just OK. The mat at the front door had not been shaken nor swept since I don't know when and had gathered all sorts of dust, dirt and leaves in the holes in the mat. Just needed to be shaken out which we did ourselves - poor first impression. I just don't think it was value for money and the room was not serviced during our two night stay. We did ask for it to be done as the carpet was showing up everything but when we got back at 9 pm nothing had been done. Grounds need a little attention as well. Location good.

Little old, but well maintained and the staff are all great.

Had plates, cutlery, toaster, microwave etc and a real person at reception.
