Hillside Inn is a nice hotel. Our room, and the hotel as a whole, was very clean! We had a room with a whirlpool tub, which was nice. It, also, was very clean. Beautiful view from the large balcony. You can see from the Ohio river bridge all the way to Clifty inn on the hill. Nice breakfast with yummy biscuits and gravy. Very nice staff.

We stayed in a handi-capped accessible room. Unfortunately the toilet was toddler sized and the bathtub was a very high. Difficult for someone with a disability to navigate.

Nice hotel with an amazing view! The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and we really liked the private balcony. The breakfast was just ok, but there are lots of places to eat in town.

I liked the quaintness of the Inn and the staff was great. I was extremely disappointed int the restaurant. Thy were not open for dinner and the breakfast was mediocre at best,

Hillside Inn is an old hotel with a lot of charm. It does not offer a place to work out and it does not have a swimming pool. It does have character and great nighttime views from your private balcony. It is located on the edge of Madison Indiana. From your balcony you have a veiw of Madison Indiana and the Ohio river. It is a great place for adults wanting the feel of a town that is somewhat locked in a long ago time. If you like shopping for antiques there are several very nice antique stores. I highly recommended Hillside Inn and Madison Indiana.

The property was very quaint, yet a little dated. The staff was wonderful. The free breakfast was just okay. We opted to go out to eat instead.

Step back in time at the Hillside! Great stay! Madison, IN always has something going on and the Hillside is the perfect stay for that week-end getaway! Can't wait to go back!!!!

We’ve stayed here several times and have enjoyed our stay each time. We love the view and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
