東麥迪遜希爾頓逸林酒店(Doubletree by Hilton East Madison East)

The property was very clean and tidy. I could never get my TV to work. Someone came up to fix it and got to to turn on, but then I couldn't turn it all the way off. It would go to some bright screen saver. Eventually it turned off at some point after I left for many hours. Then it would never turn back on. I gave up. And the volume, even at full blast was so incredibly quiet.

Road noise from the street to the east street was annoying between 10 pm - 2 am. Loud cars keep waking my wife as they raced around. The bed was comfortable and clean. The restaurant had very fast service for breakfast and dinner and priced right. Pleasant and attentive front desk.

The two associates at check in were wonderful. This hotel has a late free breakfast , great for sleeping in! Clean throughout the building. Quiet furnace compared to other hotels. Secure entry. I'd stay here again.

The hotel was fantastic, clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. Everyone was extremely kind. Only there for a night so we didn’t take advantage of the beautiful pool or the restaurant but Starbucks is in the lobby for morning coffee, complimentary coffee in your room. We we’re traveling with a trailer so we had parking but had to use multiple spaces on the outside edge of the lot which was fine for us but we felt bad as the parking lot was so full. The only issue we had was with being approached and asked for money while unloading our things in the parking lot. The area seemed nice but we were approached three times, twice by the same man, before we could get our things together. At that point we were hoping the parking lot was under surveillance and that we got a room where we could see our vehicle/trailer. The experience seemed unfitting of what we expected as we drove through the city and approached the hotel. I guess being situated right beside a McDonalds and a bus stop was an ideal area for people to prey on folks checking in and we don’t mind helping someone in need but you can never be sure about people these days so we we’re obviously concerned about our vehicle. No damage done, it just made us uneasy. Aside from peaking out of the window throughout our stay to check the parking lot, the hotel was welcoming, clean, and comfortable.

My friend and I met in Madison for a concert. We arrived slightly ahead of check in but the front desk was kind enough to let us go ahead and check in, which we really appreciated. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. I hope to stay there again.

The bedding is wonderful. Beautiful bathroom. Quiet. Great TV. Excellent lighting throughout. Professional staff. I absolutely love this property and I've traveled for 50 years

Our recent stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Madison East Wisconsin was very enjoyable. From the moment we entered the beautiful lobby, we were greeted by staff; and were immediately registered for our room. They were very accomodating; and mindful of a request to be located near our friends. The facility was very clean, both inside and outside of our room. The room ammenities were all in good working order. Lastly, the offerings (pool, restaurant/bar, breakfast area, etc.) were all nicely located and staffed with very friendly and competent people. We will definitely reccomend; and plan to be return guests to the Double Tree by Hilton Madision East, Wisconsin. Thank you!

The property and servixe was great. My only complaint was an Army sergeant came in and the cheapeat room available was 300 and no discount was offered to him. The man protects our country. Please address this. We got our room for 130 so something is not right here that he could not be discounted.
