Very clean hotel. Great amenities and accommodations. Our room was comfy and very clean! We loved all the little extras! Gteat staff,everyone was so nice!

The room we reserved was "not available" when notified by the hotel in the morning, so we were to be put in a different handicap one. When we arrived at 3pm, the "new" room wasn't ready - but the one we HAD requested WAS. So we were given our original choice which was better for us anyway. Go figure. It's a lovely room and much handier than a "regular" room for us older folks. Things are within reach and the grab bars are safer for us.

Good value. Staff was friendly and responsive. Included breakfast was above average with many choices. Two issues: The in-room safe was inoperative and couldn't be fixed. Hotel management offered us another room, which was a good gesture on their part. Also, the safe is located at the bottom of the room's closet, making access difficult. It should be located higher in the closet.

Didn't like them charging me $100. in case I "TRASHED THE PLACE" on my credit card. Now I have to TRUST THEM to take it off my card when they find the room ok. When I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in Montgomery AL they only put $30. on my card. They must have some really shaky customers.

Breakfast was lot of variety always hot really good pool is Little outdated but it was relaxing only down fall is ice machine are only on 1 st 2nd floor we stay on the 3 rd. Overall a nice place to stay only minutes from downtown store Stay here every time we come to Madison

Very outdated mattress. Flat pillows. Mirrors all smudged with who knows what?! Needs upgrades terribly.

I felt this property met my expectations. Wanted to stay close to downtown Madison and feel safe. The property was close enough to what we wanted to see and we felt safe.

Easy to get to if you come from the north on 421. Newest hotel on top of the hill.
