Every time we stay here Hunter the manager goes above and beyond to ensure you are happy and the rooms are nice and clean and quiet… perfect every time, also rhetorical accommodation is right in the heart of the city close to walking distance each morning to various cafes and restaurants at night and in the room is a detailed folder with all the information you will need, the shower is lovely and hot and the aircon is cool

For a 3-star hotel, the single-room made available to myself and the party were in great condition and provided all the amenities we needed. Microwave, TV with Netflix, Kettle, Bar fridge and a great shower... all the basics. Perfect for an evening or two, and the host is more-than happy to help with any questions. Easy check-in and check-out. Will definitely make the effort to book here next Mackay visit!

The hotel was very comfortable, bed was comfortable and you had everything you needed, it was very clean and quiet, rooms were small, but it was value for money. Owner was friendly and helpful. It was central to all restaurants, great for a stopover before heading further north

The hotel has everything you need. Is comfortable, air conditioning worked well, ceiling fan. Was remarkably quiet which was perfect. Rooms aren’t huge but has everything you need. Great location and very affordable. Owners couldn’t do enough for me. Stayed 4 nights.

The rooms are lovely and clean and the bed is comfortable. The owner, Hunter, is so helpful and friendly. He worked hard to help my husband and I out with a medical issue we experienced. We especially appreciated that the windows open and the rooms were fresh and airy. We would definitely stay again.

I would like to thank Hunter if that was the gentleman at the front desk on Monday 23rd of October. We had ,had abad accident that day, we got to the motel just before 9pm, but had text to say he would leave the key for the room. When heard about our day he was very concernrd and asked if we had eaten ( we had) showing empathy to our situation, and allowed us extra time the next morning to try and sort out insurance etc. The room was very clean and comfortable ( not that we got alot of sleep that night) but thank you again for your patience and understanding.

Hunter the owner was very helpful. This motel is in an extremely good location in Mackay centre. Will definitely be visiting again.

Stayed here for two nights and the room was great. Lovely, clean and comfortable. Location is great, very central to everything. Would definitely recommend a stay here and would love to stay again if I am in Mackay

Rocked up early evening w no booking and Hunter was super lovely, saw my bike and promptly booked me on the ground floor. Really great value! Bed and pillows were super comfy, nice hot shower, v clean room and surprisingly quiet given its central location in town... right in the middle of so many dinner options. Coffee across the street by recommendation was v good.
