盧克索克婁巴特拉酒店(Cleopatra Hotel Luxor)

静かなエリアにある家族的なホテル「Cleopatra Hotel Luxor」です。 私の場合は鉄道でルクソール駅に着いたため、ルクソール駅からナイル川にある公共ボート（7.5EGP、日本円で20円程）で ナイル川を挟んで西側エリアへ。そこから徒歩5分程で「Cleopatra Hotel Luxor」に到着しました。 「Cleopatra Hotel Luxor」は一言で言うと、確かMahmoudさんという名前の方を中心に家族的なホテルでした。 そのMahmoudさんはリーダーシップ、誠実、責任感のある方でいろいろとお世話になりました。 そのMahmoudさんを中心とした「Cleopatra Hotel Luxor」については、まずロケーションが良いです。 ルクソール西岸の幹線道路のちょっと脇に入った静かなエリアにあります。近くには「コシュク（日本でいうコンビニエンスストアに近い小さな売店）」があり、その店は手作りケーキも売っていておいしかった覚えがあります。また西岸の公共ボート乗り場近くにちょっと行けばレストランも点在してます。ちなみに、ルクソール東岸に行くのも気軽に安い金額で公共ボート（7.5EGP）を使って行けるので良かったです。 部屋に関してはテラス付きのアラビアンチックな雰囲気で良いと思います。清掃も行き届いおり、ホットシャワー、最低限のアメニティ類もあります。また屋上が朝食会場になるのですが、見晴らしの良い風景とおいしい朝食でした。 ちなみに私が訪れた時期はちょうど「ラマダン」だったので、通常はないと思うのですが、オーナーの家で3泊ともホスト、ゲストとともに夕食をごちそうさせていただけました。イスラム文化の一端に触れられたのはよっかったでした。ありがとうございます。そしてごちそうさまでした。おいしかったです。 他には熱気球などのツアーデスク、手洗いで衣類を洗ってくれるランドリーも利用させていただきました。ホテルオーナーのお父さんだと思うのですが職人技の手洗いでした。ありがとうございます。総じて、宿泊価格も安く、Mahmoudさんを中心にホスピタリティーの高い、家族的なホテルでした。強くお勧めできると思います。お勧めします。

Just the owner want to spam. For staying in Luxor there any many other hotels. If you stay don’t take any package from owner Nasser. He tell lot of lies and make you believe that he is giving a best price. For him 1 euro is 50 Egyptian Pound. Avoid this place as long as you can.

The hotel Is located in a slum area...when my driver Heard the name of the location tilted his head...he knew...After the First night i decided tò leave that location soon After the next morning. No elevator. The terrace on the 4th floor Is facing onto the area where trash gets burned- Unbreatheable air. I have found dirty sheet in the bed. The Door of a small armoir fell off Remaining in my hands. Dust over all the surfaces. No soap in the bathroom. Rusted applainces in the bathroom. And the howner hard asked tò not book through booking, but directly with him tò not pay the commission tò that platform.

Lo mejor de este hotel es la atención y el trato de Mahmud. La habitación es cómoda, posee una pequeña heladera, es muy tranquilo el lugar y se puede descansar muy bien luego de un día largo de recorrido por el lado oeste de Luxor. Mahmud está todo el tiempo ahí y es el encargado de hacer el desayuno que se sirve en la terraza que es hermosa. Lo recomiendo al lugar sin dudas

Terrible Hotel - Only they want is Money Money Money. Don't take there hotel packaged if you are unfortunate enough to stay here. Inside a Slum area of village with Horse dungs all over the street. Bathroom was dirty. WiFi is only for name sake. Can't use it anytime.

Staff friendly. Hotel extremely dirty. Very noisy. We left after having payed for all the stay. Just after one sigle night. Found better much better for the same price. The manager never offered us any compensation. It is not clear how they get good rewiews . They are not real.

The drive to the hotel took us down a side street as opposed to a main road giving a very bad first impression but on arriving at the hotel we were pleasantly surprised. The reception was airy and authentically Egyptian. Nasser welcomed us and arranged for us to get together on the terrace the next morning so we could go to our room as it was quite late. He also swapped our room for a larger nicer one after the first night. The next morning he gave us plenty of his time to discuss the area, the tours and trips available and make us feel welcome. The free breakfast can be Egyptian (falafel, beans-foul, bread, small salad, juice and tea/coffee) or continental (eggs, small salad, bread, juice and tea/coffee) and sets you up well for the day. You take breakfast on the top terrace which has an awesome view of Hatshepsut’s temple and also the balloons starting there trips over the valley of the kings. All of the staff are extremely helpful and very nice to go with it. Any problems or questions we had were dealt with swiftly and until we were satisfied. The rooms are a bit old and maybe not as clean as your house but you’re paying less than £20 a night and getting a free breakfast. That said, we slept very well, the air conditioning was new and very good, the water heater was new and the bed was comfortable. If you need a taxi to/from Luxor airport, contact them as we had one for £500eg which is very reasonable. He also arranged a guided tour for a really good price.

Sin exagerar pero es un 5/5... El hotel tiene corazón, se encuentra en el West Bank, osea, para ir al Templo de Luxor o Karnak se debe cruzar el Nilo tomando un catamarán local por 5 libras. Lo positivo es que se encuentra ya del lado del Valle de los Reyes, o para hacer el globo por la mañana. Mahmud será su anfitrión, el cual realiza en persona un tremendo desayuno con una hermosa vista en la terraza del hotel y en mi primera noche realizado una cena para los huéspedes en la recepción, también arreglo mi excursión en globo por un buen precio y me cambio unos dólares a muy buen precio, pero lo más destacable, es que luego de mi check out me dejó un rato mas en mi habitación (hermosa habitación por cierto) descansando sabiendo que tenía un viaje largo por delante. Cómo dato extra a la vuelta tienen un mini market - pastelería artesanal con buenos precios. Sin duda si vuelvo a Luxor repetiré en este hotel.
