Honestly, i enjoyed my stay at the InterContinental hotel, Lusaka… the room was speciuos, super clean all the time; the entire room setup was just Wow! I will definitely choose to stay at the same hotel during my next visits and recommend the same to the people around me planning to go to Lusaka. The food was extremly delicious kudos to the chef🤩 i love tasty meals. Overall customer care was excellent. Cheers!!

Excellent friendly service with a brand new gym - the gym instructors were very helpful (I am not one for asking for help). The Italan chef and great choice of wines cater for the gastro lovers! Having stayed at most of the other hotels in Lusaka I would definitely recommend this one.

Service was impeccable from pick up at the airport by an attentive and polite hotel organized driver to check in. Rooms have been renovated and offer a world class setting with all the modern conveniences. As a business traveler the conferencing facilities and meals were all spot on the highlight being a specially made curry which was the best I have had. The Hotel is a gem and would highly recommend staying there in a quiet and great neighborhood for a morning or early evening jog or walk. staff all very friendly and enjoyed the cheerful greetings from eth housekeeper each morning.

I visited the InterContinental Lusaka in July 23 and had an overall great experience, clean, efficient and well serviced rooms. The food in the hotel was also excellent. Very friendly and efficient staff. Well-equipped gym. Independence Avenue also within walking distance.

I visited the Intercontinental Hotel on a work trip with my colleague. The hotel is simply the best starting from service received from the staff to the cleanliness of the rooms and the surrounding. The food during dinner was tasty and the breakfast buffet display was great with a variety of food selection. We thank the Hotel Management for training their staff in such a manner that they offer great service. We felt at home during our 3nights stay and we felt valued. Thumbs up to the Hotel Manager for his great leadership Skills. Coming from a hospitality background, I would like to state that this hotel is 2nd to non in terms of standard, service and cleanliness. Well done!!

Great hotel - perfect for business travelers. My room was quite large with a separate living room. Amenities were nice with lots of complimentary coffee, tea, and water. Shower was wonderful after a long day in the humid weather. I slept like a baby in the comfortable bed. Air conditioning worked well. The hotel was busy yet I never heard any noise in my room. Restaurant and bar/lounge were both nice. Delicious food and nice wine selection. Breakfast buffet had many options. Staff were professional, friendly and made my week there so pleasant. Airport transfer went smoothly both ways.
