斯里普城市酒店(Citysleep)

Kunde inte komma in på hotellet, hade inte fått mejlet med kod och rumsuppgifter utan stod ute i kylan och fick börja ringa efter personal som gav mig kod via telefonen. Annars enkel incheckning. Rummen är helt ok. Skön säng, varmt och skönt täcke. Toaletterna behöver ses över oftare. Centralt. Nära till allt. Lokaltrafiken/buss till Kallax flygplats från Smedjegatan. Enkelt och nära.

Det enda positiva med boendet var att jag fick checka in tidigare. Resterande var katastrof! Dåligt städat rum med mat på väggarna och både kök och toaletter var under all kritik!! Kommer INTE bo här igen!

The kitchen is dated, dirty and grotty. I made a cup of tea upon arrival and felt the kitchen and its utensils were unclean. I was totally put off my tea by the state of the kitchen. We were asked to make our beds ourselves with bedsheets left folded. And thank god we were, because as we made our beds we found a stale chip in one bed and a beetle bug in the other. There is no physical staff on site which makes it very difficult to resolve any matters quickly. I called a number through bookings and was put through to a third party outsourced company as it was late (10pm). They offered us a different room which we accepted on the condition we would inspect the beds before fully accepting. While the operator was on the phone we inspected the beds of the second room only to find a leech type worm in the bed. The only solution they could offer was a third bed but at this point we were not happy to stay here at all. So we took all our things and walked into the -40°C night to find alternative accommodation. This place is unclean, I do not recommend staying here at all.

The kitchen and bathrooms are not properly clean, it's very uncomfortable. Dishwasher was leaking, counters are so worned, i can't even find a scissor from thr cutlery. Overall it's very claustrophobic ambience. There's no effort to make the common area more homey! Very disappointed given the rate is not cheap!

I like the mirrors in the rooms to make up for no windows. When I booked through *******, I never got the door code emailed, so I had to call the staff when I got to the hostel. Eventually, I got access, but that was a bit annoying. Otherwise the bathrooms and kitchen were clean and neat.

BADRUM: Ingrott smuts på toaletterna, jag har aldrig sett så mycket kalk i en duschhörna och duschdraperiet var trasigt och mögligt. Toan luktade avlopp. RUM: Sköna kuddar, men smutsiga sängkläder som man själv får bädda. Ytor som inte syns vid första anblick är inte rengjorda, utan det är fettfläckar och smuts på väggarna. Man fick huvudvärk för att det var så dålig ventilation. ÖVERLAG: Det jag tyckte var positivt var att man själv checkade in/ut. Negativt: ofräscht kök och konstiga typer.

It was clean, the check in and check out were uncomplicated. Windows would have been nice, but I knew what I booked
