Accueil très chaleureux dès la réception tout contribue à rendre agréable notre séjour dans ce hôtel historique! Chambres spacieuses agréablement meublées ! Après une visite touristique de la ville un Moment autour de la superbe piscine est idéal pour se relaxer! Nourriture excellente particulièrement les spécialités de Lucknow j’ai eu le plaisir de déguster au dîner dans le restaurant renommé de l’hôtel Mon départ de l’hôtel étant matinal une box breakfast m’attendiait à la réception ainsi qu’un petit cadeau souvenir! Merci à tous Pour ces bons moments

For the best stay experience would surely revisit this lovely place again. The hospitality of the taj group is something best and this Taj Mahal Lucknow excels in every point of food, service and hospitality. The staff for so friendly and helping.

Great stay. Looking forward for some cultural experience as well in next stay. Faced some issues with my meal plan booking but it was sorted out. I have done one reservation in October for a meal exclusive plan but cancelled it due to change in plan. Later on I rebooked with taj lucknow for a meal inclusive plan in November. Some how Vidush told me that my earlier reservation is active and I am not eligible for meal. Later on it was sorted. I have canceled my earlier booking by through the email chain which I have received from Taj, but could not understand how it was mixed.

Stay at taj hotel Lucknow was amazing. All staff were very courteous and knowledgeable. Kundan at reception and Sudhir at restaurant were very polite and helpful.hotel decorations and comfort is amazing. Greenery adds to comfort . Overall it was an amazing experience

Dear team Taj, we had an amazing experience during the stay at Taj Mahal Lucknow. Mr Deepak Nain, the ***ager at the property was an amazing host and couldn’t have asked for a better person to take care of each and every requirement of ours from the time we checked in to the final departure. We will certainly like to come back to the property and experience the grandeur and hospitality. Even the house keeping team did an amazing job and was always there to render us the help and support at whatever time of the day and night we asked for. Well done team Taj Mahal Lucknow..

the hotel is good with a kind of a palace feel, the location is also good. the breakfast buffet had a good spread, the lunch at the restaurant was completely not worth it as it was not prepared fresh. also the property having so much space can do with more restaurants. the spa experience was not as good as we would expect from JIVA spa. Overall we would definitely stay here again

A number of issues with this property that require improvement. 1) cleaning of the rooms is suboptimal. Some hair on the floor of the bathroom was present on arrival and had not been cleaned 3 days later 2) quality of the breakfast is mediocre and ***y 'hot dishes' on the hot plates were only lukewarm 3) unable to make decent cup of tea or coffee in the cafe 4) service in the bar (which was empty at the time, approx 10pm) was disinterested and very slow For a Taj property (and I have stayed in numerous) this is disappointing. On the plus side the pool and grounds are very pretty and well maintained.
