拉伯克凱悦嘉軒酒店(Hyatt Place Lubbock)

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was kept clean and the heater worked well during my stay.

The clerk who checked us in his name is Vincent he was so polite and extremely friendly, made you feel so welcomed, we got there in the am and he made us feel like we had arrived at a friends house. The young lady that we talked to before checking in to let her know we would be late was very sweet and assured us our room was still available. When we got to our room the housekeeper Sheila left a note on the desk welcoming the note read “ Hope you enjoy your stay and may you have a blessed stay with us “ That was just icing on the cake. Very friendly and clean hotel it was an enjoyable stay and peaceful the breakfast was good . Will definitely stay again …

MGMT. didn't seem to care that our bathroom wasn't functional... so if you don't need to shower, this is the place for you!

The staff was nice. The room was not as clean as I had hoped, especially the bathroom. I was disappointed in that.

Walkable distance to the TTU campus. Parking was a bit of an issue, with having to park on the street, as there was a game which had the hotel pretty much booked. I presume this is a standard tradeoff for hotels close to the campus.

They charge a ridiculous fee for a pet stay!!! The bed was so uncomfortable!!!! They placed us in a handicap room. I will say the hotel was very clean and well cared for indoor and out. We didn’t have time for breakfast but it looked very nice!

I like the staff and the cleanliness of the property. I did not like low water pressure in the shower and the cold temperature of the indoor pool.

Bed were uncomfortable and were loud with any move. We were looking forward to using the pool but the pool was to cool. Says it’s heated but doesn’t feel like it. A kid was struggling to get in.
