長灘市中心Residence Inn 酒店(Residence Inn Long Beach Downtown)

Property is aging, carpets frayed and just kinda down on its heels for the price. It’s not bad but not that nice either. Remote was missing, no xtra linens, room was only ok clean, asked for maid service and this was ignored. Front desk people were ok. Breakfast, on the other hand, was great. Probably won’t stay again

Things were just ok for the price we paid. Bedding was average, pull out sofa was old, inconsiderate guests using the pool ment we didn’t stay down there long and breakfast was sad. Short staff, couldn’t keep things supplied and just overall poor experience.

BEWARE OF THE $300 hold. *******s website nor Marriotts website mentions this hold. Being that this hotel is close to the cruise port I am sure many people would stay prior to their cruise. The $300 hold is an inconvenience especially when it takes 7-10 business days to be released. The nightly rate isn’t even as much as the hold they place on the card. They tell you to put your card in for “a hold” and unless you ask, they don’t tell you how much. Property isn’t worth paying over $500 for a stay at all! I will never stay at a Marriott hotel again.

The hotel location is great. But that's about it. The staff was very unmotivated to downright incompetent. In the end, I got double charged, lied at, and now have to run through hoops to get a refund. Never again.

Our stay at the hotel was great. Fast check in/check out. Great breakfast. Only bad thing no food around.

Got in late and room was unavailable because of RAIN! Keep up the maintenance people. Had to drive another 20 minutes to another hotel. Outrageous charge of $35/night to park your car! Place was nice other than that. Will not be staying here again.

The power went out all morning and the breakfast was limited to eggs and bisquits. There is also a 300 dollar charge once you get there that the website does not disclose.

Everything is terrible the elevator wasn’t working it was very terrible
