Very good location staff very helpful had there own carpark and very convenient to all the shops bars and restaurants

Amazing hotel, everything within walking distance. Staff are incredible,special mention for Gerry, so so helpful.

Extemely friendly and helpful staff. Check in was simple and easy as we arrived ealy and our bags taken to our rooms. Bed rooms spacious with fab view of the river and peace bridge. Concierge Gerry very informative and helped select sight seeing activities when we arrived. Would recommend this hotel as its very central.

My room on 3rd floor was very dark - poor lighting/ dark furniture. Felt oppressive. Breakfast poor . Staff pleasant and good location. At this price, other hotels far better experience.

Very disappointed.... Very basic room - iron but no ironing board, no trouser press. .. Absolutely no view - looking over a roof or something - had to pull the curtains to hide the view... Only one bedside locker for 3 people... Only one teaspoon for 3 people... Not sure if reason was because booked through 3rd party.... Sadly, If I had known what standard room I was getting I would have gladly stayed elsewhere....breakfast was lovely, as we're the staff....

This was our 3rd weekend stay at this hotel. Couldnt fault anything - staff are so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you all and see you again soon.

First I will start with the good. The staff on the desk and in particular the man that took our bags, very friendly, welcoming and professional. Given that we paid £200 for a night here, the experience is a total let down. This was probably a lovely hotel 20 years ago but now it’s entirely run down, grubby and unpleasant. Aside from the aforementioned staff the rest were cold, unfriendly and one was actually confrontational and extremely rude. We had dinner in the hotel. The service was extremely slow and the food was terrible. The room was cold, with no way of adjusting the heat to your own comfort. The bathroom was grubby with cracked floor tiles. The whole fit and finish of the room was just extremely tired. Frayed carpets, paint patches, peeling etc. Then lobby area being used as a dance floor at night, extremely loud, not nice to come back into. Then there is the lifts. Which you need to queue for. They simply cant service the amount of people requesting them. Once you do finally get inside they are worn, very dirty and damaged. Next day the breakfast was not good, a large queue for the buffet. The food was just average. With the exception of the potato bread which was genuinely terrible. The plates were very old, the glasses were dirty so we skipped the juice and both coffee machines didn’t work. A half cup of latte after 3 attempts and no staff nearby to ask for assistance. This is not befitting of a 4star hotel

Was great that shops and restaurants where close to the hotel, underground car parking was brilliant knowing that our car was safe. Having a swimming pool in the hotel was great to be able to go and relax. Food in the hotel was excellent as where all the staff
