Holiday Inn & Suites 倫敦(Holiday Inn & Suites London)

Excellent staff - very friendly, kind & knowledgeable. Our room was clean and comfortable. Didn’t have time to check out the pool, but based on other guests I’d say it’s a great bonus to this location! We had free breakfast included, ordered the classic and it was a delicious and sizeable meal that kept us full most of the day! Will certainly be returning when we return to London in the future.

very nice hotel, 2nd visit in a few months. staff arr very accommodating and the hotel is close to lots of adopting. I was there for a dog show and dog and I were greeted with kindness. I'll stay there again

This hotel is old now. Not much hot water. Only have rooms with bath tub (except for 2 accessible) according to reception. No microwave. Some customers get breakfast voucher others don’t. I guess Holiday Inn is not what it used to be.

The check in took so long, the floors were always wet because of kids leaving the pool, this included the elevators. The hotel itself was freezing, including my room. When I called front desk they sent someone who didn’t fix it but kept asking me if I thought it was hot which I said no it’s just warm air there is no heat. He was suppose to send a technician and nobody showed up so we froze our last night. Both my daughters left with colds. And lastly there was a hockey tournament so there were kids constantly running around the hotels on all the floors, in the lobby and in the elevators. Thankfully the staff were able to help by asking them to return to their own floors. I do look forward to coming back however, I like the area and believe I can score a warmer room next time ☺️

The room still had food bits between the beds, me closet door was missing, the shower was gross, the elevators were sketchy at best, the fan noise in the room was way too loud.

This hotel is in desperate need of updating. The bed was terrible. Common areas are pretty beat up. Great location, but will find a different hotel when in town next.

Everytime the fan came on in the room it jolted us up it was so loud. called to fix they suggested a new room but with everyone unpacked and kids asleep it was not an option. did not sleep well at all.

The room was ok, in need of renovation with some exposed drywall tape. The pool was gross, the top 12” had thick scum build up.
