This is the worst ever Hotel , never again. I went tired in the night to check in to find my room shockingly given to someone else without speaking to me and they just assumed I am not coming. Took us 3 hrs to get to the other hotel. Disturb my sleep and ability to concentrate on my conference next day in the morning. Very bad management a service. The Receptionist on other hotel said that’s happened regularly what a terrible hotel please see better options than that Regard

Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und geräumig und hatte alles was uns zusteht. Die Lage war okey. Es gibts in der nähe ein Supermarkt. Service super freundlich und zufriedenstellend. Ausstattung sehr gut.

Muy bien ubicado. Cerca de parada de metro. Habitaciones bien para fin de semana de ocio

Pleasant stay

Other guest entered my room at 02:30 am, coz of mis- management . Then guys from reception asked me to come down to sort this out. They allocated a wrong number to me. It was serious mistake and compromised my family's safety. I will stay away from here, coz the whole reason why I pay hotel is for safety and relaxation.

Me and my boyfriend stayed in room 316 it was very nice and clean but when my boyfriend went to shower the water actually leaked through to the bedroom floor next to the bed but it wasn’t much, we could still do stuff around the room and get into bed so it was only a minor fault. The card to the bedroom is weird as i don’t know if it’s just this hotel or it’s everywhere but we found out you couldn’t put it behind a phone case or anything magnetic/metal/electric so my boyfriend ended up putting in his sock as it was the only thing without those. overall it was a good stay 💖

I was greeted by an amazing lady called Deanne the level of customer care and attention show with the passion and can do attitude really made my stay out of this world if their was any more energy I defo would've book a couple extra nights as It felt infectious, deanne really made my stay.

The staff were super friendly and helpful when it came to our requests. Abraham and Michelle in particular were wonderful in helping us. Abraham made us feel comfortable at check in and was quick to help when we needed things. Michelle was lovely during our breakfast and made sure to check up on us. Even had a lovely chat! Would recommend for the staff’s service :)
