隆波克中海岸希爾頓安泊酒店(Embassy Suites by Hilton Lompoc Central Coast)

Reserved a suite. It was tight quarters with a funky layout. The sofa bed was beyond horrible. The bathroom was in the main bedroom so suite mate had to go into their room to use facilities. There is a countertop where a microwave sits with a sink, almost like a bar top. This was an accesible room as that is what was available and the bar top was too high to use that sink.When the room door ooened and the pull out bed was opened the door hit the bed. Good thing was comp hot breakfast with made to order omlettes but they kept running out if things.

This was our first trip and stay in Lompoc. Upon arrival, there were people loitering in front of the hotel and the hotel lobby had flies. More flies were found hovering at the restaurant entrance. Our room walls are very thin. The neighbors to our right were loud and had music or their tv on and you can hear it. The neighbors upstairs must have been running a marathon through the night. At night the frogs came out. Though it was nice to be in nature, it kept us up all night because the walls were so thin. We found blue painter’s tape and sticky food left on the carpet from the previous people. The reception and free breakfast was nice. The headboard had handprints leftover from previous people. There is a trail that runs right behind this hotel so there is a lot of traffic. People also loiter in the back parking lot as beer and alcohol cans are littered everywhere. There are also significant dog poop from irresponsible dog owners not picking up after their dogs.

I had originally reserved one night at this hotel and then added a second night prior to checking in. Because the reservation on the first night was a bigger room than the second, during check in I asked the receptionist if it was possible to stay in the same room both nights. The receptionist checked and told me it would be no problem. Then, the next day while I was out (not near the hotel) I received a message from staff that I had to change rooms. When I returned staff had retrieved all my belongings and packed them up for me. Not only is this wrong, but unprofessional and unethical. I am very disappointed because had the receptionist told me that I had to change rooms, I would have gathered all my personal belongings myself. I have an issue knowing that someone handled my toothbrush and other personal care items.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Very nice hotel. Clean and spacious room. Staff very professional and friendly. Breakfast absolutely delicious with many choices of hot and cold food. Will definitely staff here again when we are in the area.

First on arrival we noticed that the property and the pictures advertised were completely different. We felt unsafe as there was a homeless encampment to the right of the building. The room smelled horrible, the bathroom was dirty, the TV in our room did not work, the linens smelled like someone had smoked in the room although they assured us this was a non-smoking room. The floors were uneven and the drawers in the cabinet wouldn’t stay shut. My list goes on and on. My family and I were extremely disappointed and checked out after just one night. Never again.

Very dirty room, smell smoke, very noise we can listen all people from other room, bad horrible, old, not recommend this hotel, sleeper sofa very poor, dirty and totally uncomfortable

You promised Free WiFi but I ended up with no Internet access. You let me connect to your access point but You do not provide Internet access. Very limited parking

The hotel itself is super cute. However, y try he lineup for breakfast reminded me Soviet-era lineups in front of stores. And seeing kids not having their favorite oatmeal (that they paid for!!) because the staff did not make enough is not nice.
