利弗莫爾希爾頓花園酒店(Hilton Garden Inn Livermore)

When we checked in, we got room 126 right across from the fitness center and the pool which we thought was very nice and we were in the room for about a half hour and I suddenly started night hearing this loud noise it sounded like you were in the movie theater. Were you heard the war going on in the next theater and so we went up to the desk And told him that and he said well it sounds like the video center has their TV onto louder. We said OK and we came back later that night and still going on and I did go at ound the corner to see what was going on that side of the building and it was right next to the boiler room and the noise was continuing. I went to the front desk and asked them if this would continue all night and they said probably so we were able to switch a room but really they have a room right next to your boiler room and give it to a guest is downright unacceptable

I’ve stayed here many many times and have never had an issue, until now. Me and my 2 kids got back to the hotel around 7pm and not even 5 mins into being there we received a noise complaint. I thought it must’ve been a mistake because we just got back and my kids were being quiet. I called the front desk and the girl was so incredibly rude dismissing my concerns and kept saying mmmhmmm yeah yeah just keep it down okay? In the rudest way. Granted she wasnt the one making the noise complaint, probably the pg&e guys, but she didn’t have to be so rude about it. Not only was it 7 PM. 7pm!!!! But my kids weren’t even loud. I’m disappointed to say the least. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

Checkout is at noon. At 10:54 am the house cleaning teen was already knocking on. My door when I had the do not disturb sign on the door. Wouldn’t you expect the house keeping term to not disturb you when you have your sign for them to not disturb you on the door? I’m overtly upset about this. Not only did they wake us up, but seriously not respecting the space that we paid for!

The car next to mine was broken into..smashed window. I asked if they had security watching the parking lot, she said "no...park at your own risk" I asked to have my room cleaned (maid service)..didn't happen. The in-room coffee service came with curdled half and half. Upon check-in, i was asked for a $50 deposit for incidentals. I checked my bank account and saw the $50 had been taken as well as an unauthorized $10.06 amount. They claimed it was a system error. I will not be returning.

The room was good and there was convenient access from the parking. The digital key was also great. As soon as we arrived the room at late night, we realized that the door hinge of the bathroom was broken and couldn't close the door. It was fixed in the next day. So it was okay. What we were disappointed in this stay was breakfast. We made a reservation for 2 nights for 2 adults and 2 kids with breakfast included plan. We paid additional cost for the plan. In the first morning, we didn't have enough time to have breakfast so we got "to go" boxes for 4. Next morning, we could stay longer for breakfast, so kids were very excited to see the menu. However, they told us "You already used the tickets yesterday for 4 people so you need to pay full for today." According to them, breakfast ticket was only for 2 adults per stay. We had a printed confirmation of this reservation, it clearly said "2 nights, 2 aduls, 2 kids, breakfast included". I talked to the front desk, then she gave me a ticket for one person. However, it was really uncomfortable. So we decided not to use the ticket and go out for breakfast. I have no idea if I missed any details during my reservation, but it was very confusing and staff were neither friendly nor supportive, unfortunately. There are many hotel choices in this area, so we won't go back to this hotel in the future.

Really disappointed that they closed the indoor pool on a holiday weekend and did not inform the guests.

The small cafe had delicious food. The room had fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Nice room. The one objection...I understand the need for a "pets allowed" hotel, but we were awaken in the middle of the night and early morning by two dogs barking in rooms close to us. Not a good experience. But overall, a nice place.
