馬格達萊納酒店(Madalena Hermitage)

Nous avons loué un appartement dans Madaleina Hermitage pour 7 nuits. Nous étions logés au 5ème et dernier étage. Nos enfants (adolescents) ont dormi dans un canapé convertible qui était selon eux confortable (ils ont pourtant une taille adulte). Nous avions pour notre part une chambre confortable. L'appartement sous les combles était spacieux. Nous avions eu un problème de robinetterie qui a été réglé le jour même. L'appartement est très central situé à quelques pas de la cathédrale dans l'Alfama et à quelques pas de la praça do comercio, et des stations de tramway notamment la fameuse ligne n°28, et de nombreux restaurants autour. Des attentions avaient été déposées pour nous accueillir : une bouteille de vin rouge de Douro qui était très bon et des petits gâteaux. Le logement est très bien équipé : lave vaisselle, lave linge séchant, séchoir, sèche cheveux, télévision. La poudre pour le lave linge et les capsules lave vaisselle sont fournies. La machine à café est présente et les capsules de café sont également fournies ainsi que des sachets pour faire le thé. La papier toilette est également régulièrement fourni et les serviettes de bain changées. Le shampooing et bain douche et pec citron pour la vaisselle sont également fournis. Les poubelles sont également régulièrement vidées. Enfin il y a un ascenseur pour accéder à la chambre notamment avec les valises. Nous recommandons sans problème cet appartement.

E' la terza volta che andiamo a Lisbona ma è la prima che abbiamo scelto una sistemazione in pieno centro e non ci tornerei .L'appartamento è senza dubbio comodo ,come dicevo in pieno centro a 200 metri da Piazza del commercio sul lungo fiume Tago ,le due camere sono spaziose ,la cucina più che sufficiente dotata del necessario anche se noi non l'abbiamo mai utilizzata .Il bagno è veramente piccolo circa 1,5 x 1,8 mt anche se comunque non ci ha creato problemi. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato in cucina ,come omaggio, un pacchetto di biscotti e una bottiglia di vino ma non una bottiglietta di acqua anche piccola cos' arrivati in camera alle 23 passate sono uscito in giro a cercare un negozio aperto per acquistare una bottiglia d'acqua quindi consiglio il gestore di provvedere, alui non costa nulla e al cliente fornirebbe un servizio migliore.Nella camere non c'è un armadio ma nell'ingresso c'è un piccolo ripostiglio con una mensola e un appendi abiti dove riporre le proprie cose. C'è una piccola cassaforte ma NON ci sono istruzioni quindi se non sai come fare diventa un soprammobile inutile.Le sedie in cucina sono scomode e una era instabile ,da cambiare.Il problema è l'insonorizzazione interna e soprattutto si sentono moltissimo i passi di chi sta ai piani suleriori ,il pavimento trema ad ogni passo .In ultimo il costo non proprio popolare ,per quattro notti all' inizio di settembre abbiamo speso circa 1200 euro . Ultima considerazione da fare ma importante è che se alloggi in questa location e quindi vuoi restare in zona preparati a spendere almeno il doppio nei ristoranti,bar, ecc perchè qui la vita costa moplto di più e il turista e tartassato un esempio : un cappuccino ,un bicchiere di latte,due croissant 12 euro. Tre pizze e acqua minerale 47 euro ecc.ma basta andare in altre zone meno centrali e i prezzi magicamente tornano normali se non addirittura convenienti. Esempio zona Alameda, poche fermate di metro ,al ristorante Imperio con servizio super in tre un'ottima cena con bottiglia di vino a meno di 80 euro.Concludendo ottima posizione,nel complesso sistemazione confortevole specie se ci sono bambini e se si usa la cucina, decisamente non a buon mercato,alcuni aspetti migliorabili. Consiglio spostarsi un pò dal centro magari a poche fermate di metro e si risparmiano molti soldi .

Estuvimos 7 noches durante las fiestas de San Antonio. El lugar es perfecto (somos una familia de 4), amplio, cómodo, limpio, se nota que recién lo remodelaron. La ubicación espectacular y accesible, NO está en subidas y llegan los autos hasta la puerta. Un plus que el edificio tiene elevador. Además hay muchos restaurantes al rededor y lugares donde hacer compras de víveres. Disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estancia acá.

Appartamento carino al 4 piano con vista sulla cattedrale …. La struttura è pulita; la cucina è grande e accessoriata. Cialde vino e biscotti di cortesia !

Upon arrival both bedrooms' lights could not be switched on, had to look for the fuse box. Washing machine was unusable due to leaking pipes - it was clearly a known problem, since the water valve was stopped. Expected better for the price.

Apartment was very stylish, with view of the Se. Very well located for exploring. Location was very busy and noisy at night with all the restaurants nearby but much quieter when we closed the window. Bedrooms light and airy, living area and kitchen a bit darker. We would have liked more lighting. We enjoyed our stay there and would stay again.

The place was spotless and well taken care of. The area is close to the water and it has restaurants at your doorstep. Communication was quick and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Very nice place. Doors that closed over windows kept the place quiet enough to sleep at night Had to ask for extra TP, coffee cartridges and clean towels when we needed them. The welcome wine and cookies were yummy Would definitely stay there again

Our family of five had a wonderful stay! The apartment was conveniently located in the city center, allowing us to walk to many restaurants, cafes, and sites. Upon arrival, we found a clean and spacious apartment with a fabulous gift of wine and cookies. We would highly recommend staying at this location.
