林肯新維多利亞套房酒店(New Victorian Inn & Suites Lincoln)

check in was very slow...attendant was nice....elevator needed cleaned..smelled of smoke and floor needed vacumed....hallway by room smelled of cigerette smoke even tho all rooms were marked NO SMOKING...no pillows or blankets for couch bed...phone did NOT work to call down to desk so had to go down and get them. Pool was warm but not very clean., Went to breakfast fairly early....No bisquits, gravy dried up, no pancake batter....went to desk to see if they were going to refill breakfast items....attendant did not appear to understand ENGLISH.....finally found a lady to ask and she said she would find someone to refill items....waited 10 minutes and no one came.....several people came in and left and that is what we did too.. Don't advertise that you provide breakfast if you can't keep it full or have attendants to check on it. Overall, I guess we weren't real happy with your hotel service and probably wouldn't stay again.

Great Central location with plenty of shopping opportunities nearby. The rooms were clean. The continental breakfast was decent. Customer service was satisfactory. I would recommend this hotel to a friend in the future.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel was quiet. Staff was helpful. Complimentary breakfast was ok. Good place to stay for a quick one night stay.

This is one of 2 places we stay for our annual Chris**as shopping trip so we’ve stayed several times in the past because of the value. The furniture in our room was beaten up and needs replaced, the water pressure in the shower was bad and water wasn’t hot enough for me, but we managed. All in all, this is a good place to stay if you’re not picky about decor as it was clean, just needs some updating. We’ll most likely stay here again since it’s suite type rooms giving extra space to wrap the gifts I buy and the price is decent.

Very nice stay for the price! Can’t beat it. Breakfast was good, and the room we stayed in was very clean.

La cama me dio picazon, porfavor revisenlas. El joven en el checking atendiendo sin ganas y respondiendo a mis preguntas: “yo solo trabajo aqui”. Definitivamente pésima atención. Si debo volver a quedarme es por el simple hecho de la ubicacion del hotel, de lo contrario no lo escogeria.

Need a mat in bottom of tub, shower. Slipping hazard. Property is getting old, probably needs a big revitalization.

Very dated property needing repair & upkeep. Our first room assigned, we walked into the bathroom & there was standing water. No coffee maker in the room which was very inconvenient. The pillows also needed replaced, they were hard. It was acceptable in cleanliness but old grout is dirty & elevator was not clean. The 'moments of truth' about the dated condition such as the handicap door entry not working and dated & damaged furniture made for a very mediocre experience/value perceived.

Was nice room. Clean. The refrigerator wasn’t working. Kept trying to cycle on, but didn’t get cold. Breakfast area is small for the number of rooms, however a few chairs in lobby helped accommodate.
