迪龍酒店(Dillon’s Hotel)

We stayed here for one night and the room was nice and comfortable. There is underground parking, which is fantastic. The downfall is that there is no access into the hotel from the parkade. You have to leave the parkade and walk up a ramp to the street and enter the hotel that way. It's not that bad, just the first time we've seen this. Checking out was easy, although not a fuzzy warm feeling from the front desk 'girl.' She didn't ask how our stay was, barely acknowledged us, just took the room key, did her paperwork and that was that. Even that being said, this is a good hotel to stay at, because it's right in the heart of downtown.

Room was very cold we asked to get heating on an 1 hr later room was still very cold. Arrived back in room at 2.30am an never slept for hrs with the roaring an shouting at front door. Unfortunately our room was just above the front door. Very bad experience an this was my husband’s 50th birthday treat

Curtains hanging off windows in both rooms not hung properly, cleaning of the rooms not acceptable, mattresses and pillows hard and uncomfortable, rooms are very dated colour scheme, only plus for this hotel is staffs friendliness

Business trip to Letterkenny. Stayed in a comfortable room, very clean. Hotel has nice bar, handy parking and is on the Main Street. Friendly staff and a great breakfast.

Great little hotel. Restaurant has great food and drinks. And is such by 6 or more great little irish pubs

Everything was fabulous from staff to cosy bar and restaurant,room was a beautiful spacious suite,it was sooo comfortable Ronan in particular is a star and gentleman he is a credit to the hotel he would certainly encourage a return visit,he went above the call of duty to make ones stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible,i think he was a manager if not he certainly should bbebemossaboeretuvisitsooo

Very loud music from nearby on a Thursday night until almost 1am. Other than that, stay was good. Staff were nice and room was clean. Carpet is very old and stained. Plenty of food options nearby.

Very expesive €207 for 1 night stay for 2 guests on a very hard double mattress. Only 1 large bath towel for 2 guest's. Extremely loud smoke alarm going off in the early hours and broken lift in the morning also a very small choice for breakfast with the hot breakfast all being well over cooked. Staff all pleasant to speak too.

The hotel was very convenient for the town centre, staff were very welcoming and breakfast was delicious. My only complaint would be that the TV reception was virtually non existent and for anyone using the hotel carpark, there is a £5 charge for a 24hr period, but overall we had a great time.
