This hotel is high end only in its imagination. There is no water hydration station when you arrive at the hotel. Nor is there hot coffee/hot tea, fresh fruit, cookies etc. Having traveled frequently and always staying at higher end hotels this is something that is an extremely common and an easy way to invite your guests in. The room was comfortable but that’s it. Check-in was convoluted after a long day of travel. Wifi was hard to sign on to but once on was fine. I have been on many work trips and wasn’t impressed with this hotel especially when you consider the price. There are many other hotels within the area that I will be staying at next time.

This hotel was a good area for us as we needed to be in that particular area. Rooms were a bit smaller than I expected but for the most part it was a very good hotel

Room was small, queen beds felt like double bed size, refrigerator was not working properly, not much options for breakfast, we stayed 2 nights and ends up having same breakfast.

Hotel was great, no issues. Pool was closed for maintenance but we were able to use the pool at the Hampton Inn next door and it had a water slide for the kids! Staff was great.

always clean but no container for recycling. Was there for 2 nights and both nights there was a room (206) where people were partying and the staff did nothing to deal with it. The second night we phoned at 5:30 AM to complain, nothing done. At 9:30 AM these individuals were still staggering around the premises, didn't feel safe at all. This was in the Lethbridge hotel, not sure if I will ever stay again

New hotel in Lethbridge in a new area. Good hotel but dining options not the best.

Clean, fairly new hotel with comfortable beds. Room looking down on vacant lot, near industrial area. Seemed like there wasnt much sound proofing; could here people walking around, and pictures vibrating against walls
