Great place!

Staff were great, positive and accommodating. Only issue was they cannot control if a pet was in a room. We were in a forth floor room to be away from pets due to allergies but by the middle Of the night my daughter required her allergy meds and Asthma meds for to a reaction. Other than that the hotel was clean, staff friendly, great breakfast, ample Parking and great location.

This was our second stay at this particular hotel and was very good.. very comfy and relaxing.. Breakfast was fresh and the staff at the breakfast room was very attentive. Highly recommend staying there if you are in Lethbridge.

Best Western Plus, in Lethbridge is always my go to hotel. Clean, convenient.

Excellent service. They accommodated my request for a ground floor room and late checkout without a problem. Very satisfied with our stay.

Lots of options in Lethbridge. The parking lot of this facility there are 4 other hotels, pick one of them not this one. Way overpriced, various things in the room didn't work. Lost a night of sleep due to HVAC in room stuck. Staff helpful, but also truly rude blaming me for turning the temperature down and freezing the thermostat hence why it was so hot in my room ? Firstly it was 24 degrees when I checked in, I went out for the night and return and it was still 24 degrees. Yes I did turn the thermostat to low and fan on, it didn't work AND if I actually could break the thermostat by turning it down, who in the world designed that, in a public facility ? Odd. Again stay somewhere else. Bad experience, I can go on about having to run the shower for 15 minutes to get some hot water etc... but really just stay somewhere else. $188 a night for a"suite" in Lethbridge in a second class facility is ridiculous. Every time I went outside and saw the Holiday Inn Express only 100 feet away, I had even more regret. There are lots of other reviews with similar problems, too bad I had not read those first, would have saved myself $400 for the weekend and more importantly a lost nights sleep.

Prior to booking, I reviewed hotel website online to see if there were any COVID related pool restrictions and found nothing. Upon receiving my booking email, I again read through to make sure there were no pool closures or requirements to swim. The pool is the primary reason we chose this property. Upon check-in we were told “we are not providing pool keys at this time, but just come to the desk when you are ready to swim and we will let you in.” When we returned to the front desk ready to swim we were told that we needed a reservation to swim and the pool was booked full for the remainder of the day. Another family waiting was having the same difficulty. The attendant eventually said to me that we could swim, but the pool would be very crowded and we needed to get out by 7:00pm, which is fine because that gave us more than an hour to swim. We had the entire pool to ourselves until 7:15pm. Also, it’s a VERY small pool. Much smaller than the photos online led me to believe. Slide is fun, but if there had been anyone else in there with us, it would have been very crowded.

Staff was very poorly trained. Got stuck in their elevators and they “forgot” to write down our pool time that we had previously booked.
