Holiday Inn 萊斯布里奇(Holiday Inn Lethbridge)

호텔 수영장에서 놀려고 호캉스 목적으로 잘 놀다 왔습니다! 전체적으로 만족스러웠으나, 수영장에 스파가 없고 물은 미지근한 편이었고, 하필이면 어린이 하키단 수련회와 겹쳐서 수영장에서도 호텔 복도에서와 방에서도 많이 정신 없던 숙박이었네요... 날이 너무 춥고 일층에 레스토랑이 있었는데 음식도 맛있고 저녁식사는 아주 만족스러웠습니다!

I love the people. They are very kind and helpful at all time. Their security is well secured and always there. Breakfast is great. One thing, I noticed at different hotels in Addis Ababa, they will say that breakfast is included but there no breakfast in the morning, but not at this hotel. Their hospitality is very great.  Don’t listen to what other saying, come experience it yourself and you will love it. Thanks to all of the stuff. I really appreciate your kindness. 

Everything was very clean, but the bathroom door handle was damaged and there was only one tiny garbage pail and a recycling box. Recycling was great, garbage pail not so much. Usually you see at least two garbage pails in a room. I booked a room away from the pool because I had a room before that was overlooking the pool. Got a pool view assigned to us anyway when we checked in. The noise is something that a night shifter would struggle with and the whole room smelled of pool chemicals.

The one bedroom suite we stayed in was fantastic. Unfortunately the water park isn’t running until 5pm, when a lifeguard starts duty. So we learned the hard way that there is no point on going until the waterslides open. Then we get to the water park and find out we had to rent the tubes for the waterslides. I had 4 kids with me so it was almost $40. I don’t understand why they would charge someone who is already paying to be there. The “wave” pool (which also only turns on after 5pm) was more of a gentle ripple pool. The water slides were great but they are blocked off every time the “waves” are going in the pool. I was really disappointed with the water park end of things. But our room was fantastic and the staff at this hotel were wonderful.

We come from Calgary twice every year just to stay here. The kids love the pool and waterslides and I love how warm the water is! Every staff member we interacted with was so helpful and friendly. The 3rd floor is undergoing some renos but overall it’s good to see some work being done. The hotel is older but we love staying here!

The room was clean and pretty standard with a fridge and microwave. Great swimming pool, kiddie pool, water slides and hot tub. The wave pool makes small waves, but nothing exciting and not often enough. The restaurant Tony Romas was delicious and very quick service. Overall great family hotel!

The room was large and clean as was the lobby. The hotel is conveniently located. Best of all the young woman behind the counter was pleasant and very friendly. She should get a raise. We were there on Christmas day and she was a delight.

Not happy. We booked and paid extra for a room with a king size bed but we got a room with 2 standard beds which made me and my wife sleep in separate beds We only picked this hotel because they offered a king size bed for us Other hotels with 2 queen size beds were $50-$75 a night cheaper but we picked this one for the king size bed which we did not get. Very disappointing

The hotel is currently under construction- much needed. Rooms are dated and loud- lots of road noise and hallway noise. Older HVAC system- hope that gets an upgrade. We did love the pool! But would like to see hours posted- as the water slides didn’t open until 5pm though the pool opened at 9am. Service was always friendly and courteous.
