Pleasant hotel, however without doubt the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I initially booked via booking.com where no upfront payment was required. I had to make an amendment to the booking and cancelled booking.com and booked Direct with hotel. I was travelling with my wife for business and to meet with Dutch colleagues at the hotel. On arrival at the hotel, I was informed they had 2 bookings for me. I advised this was a mistake and the receptionist told me that it was ‘no problem’ and the second room would be cancelled. The next day I received an email cancellation with an invoice for the 2 nights which had been taken from my company credit card. I explained that the booking was an error but the response inferred that I was lying and had booked the room for other unknown guests. Had I have known I was being charged for the room, I would have found someone somewhere who could have used it. Eventually after some e-mails I was offered a refund for the 2nd night on the basis that the hotel wasn’t full that night. I asked for a manager to review the situation and for refund to be credited back to card I paid with. I have received no further communication from the hotel or any refund. I spoke to my bank who advised the hotels position was that 2 bookings had been made and were therefore chargeable despite e-mails to contrary re refund for 1 night. I have stayed in a number of hotels in The Netherlands for business and never experienced such poor service. On a plus point, the hotel is quite nice and is in a nice town, but will not be visited again by me.

Heel vriendelijke personeel. Plattegrondje ontvangen van de stad. Op de kamer koffie en thee, maar ook frisdrank aanwezig (gratis). Procedures m.b.t. parkeren verliep soepel en klantgericht. Kortom: er zijn veel hotels die hier nog een voorbeeld aan kunnen nemen.

我們最近住在這家酒店,因爲我們不得不在Leeuwarden開會。酒店很新,裝飾很漂亮。大堂非常吸引人,有毛絨沙發和時尚的裝飾。酒吧看起來也很時尚,我們無法使用,真是可惜。房間寬敞,乾淨,非常舒適,有現代化的浴室。這個房間我挑不出任何毛病。窗戶朝陽台和高速公路看,噪音很緊,所以我們睡得很好。早餐很出色。顧客被放入槽中參觀自助早餐,那裏有非常多的食物選擇。最後,工作人員非常友好和細心。在我們入住期間,每個人都向我們打招呼。酒店很棒,距離市中心不遠,所以是快速訪問的理想住宿地點。我一定會再來的,希望當桑拿和酒吧等所有設施再次向每個人開放時。感謝您的美好住宿!

The best prison experience what we had so far. The only recommemdation is next time pls turn on the heater in a very rainy Saturday because everywhere in the hoster the heaters were turned off. After we had arrived we turned the on and the room heated up quicly so it was ok but it would be nicer if you arrive to a warm room when you are fully wet. Plus point: The cappuchino is nice and cheap.

酒店位置很棒,就在NHL Stenden大學旁邊,是為了參加畢業典禮回來的,剛好就來體驗一下學校的酒店。有免費停車場,沒有試早餐,但應該也不錯,看到了是自助餐式的早飯。預定的雖然是最便宜的房間,但內部出人意料的好,很舒適很溫馨,性價比還是很高的。房間內有免費的飲用水和巧克力,還有梅乾和堅果。會再次預定的!

Erg ruime en mooie moderne kamer met een goed bed. Badkamer ook erg ruim. Alleen jammer dat er nog wat zand in het bad lag. Minpunt is dat het zo'n 20 minuten lopen is naar Leeuwarden Centrum. Ook was er geen koelkastje aanwezig in de kamer.

我和丈夫在這裏住了幾晚。位置優越,到市中心。房間乾淨寬敞,浴室也是如此。我們沒有使用餐廳選項,因爲我們覺得比當地提供的價格要貴。工作人員知識淵博,友好。我們會考慮再次入住這裏。不知道爲什麼他們有這麼多負面評論 - 也許是期望/感知?
