Holiday Inn Express 安多弗北 - 勞倫斯(Holiday Inn Express Andover North-Lawrence)

Very nice hotel, warm room. Clean. Great breakfast. Nice stuff.

It’s okay!

Hotel was behind a boarded up restaurant. Entrance signage was poor and you had to drive through two parking lots to get to it. Elevators were not working so you had to use the stairs. Almost impossible to make left turn onto the street during certain times of the day.

Disappointed to find the elevator not in service!! Especially to have carry luggage and a hockey bag up 3 flights of stairs. Beds uncomfortable and sink to the middle and would be nice to have an extra blanket. Especially for winter months or warmer comforter on top. Constant noise of heater to try to get the room warm which makes Noises all night long.

The hotel had only 1 working elevator that was barely serviceable and had no certification. Impossible to get room temperature to match thermostat setting. Hard to find entrance as you drove thru a Dunkin Donuts lot to get to hotel. Nice sheets and good water pressure.

Elevator not working for the 2 days I stayed there was put in 5 floor hotel.com dint told me that before booking when I got there late and tired had to take the room like that and deal with the going up and down to the 5th floor dint see no one fixing the elevator all that time and I think has been broken for long time

We got there and were told the elevators didn’t work! I have back and knee issues and we were in the third floor. Personally I think it is completely unacceptable and we should have been called and warned that the elevators are out of service. I understand things break and have to be fixed but the guy should’ve been notified, I believe that is completely unacceptable. We also requested a late check out and we’re only able to get until 11:30. Again, after all of the inconvenience I think they could’ve worked a little more with that. Beds were extremely comfortable but super disappointed in the other stuff.

The elevators are not working. It's posted in the lobby. during check in I asked how long the elevators had been out of service. "A while" I was told. I asked why I hadn't been notified. "It's on the website." was the answer. I checked the website shortly thereafter, and nothing prominent about the elevators was there. "A while" is enough time for my wife and I to have booked elsewhere, and not have to drag our luggage up and down stairs.
