Needs some deep cleaning and updating but overall I could stay agsin

Great location and clean. Definitely dated. Bed frame was broken.

The night staff was amazing with the help of upgrading our room to a jet tub. Room was nice and big and the property was quiet. The area had a lot of different dining options. Overall great experience

The door wouldnt close to lock without laying on it. There was a breeze coming in through the door. One of lamps didnt have a lightbulb, the handle kn the dresser was broken. The beds were like air mattresses. The sink was clogged. There was no where to plug in a breathing machine bc the clock that had the plugins wouldnt hold and the cords kept falling out. Disaster. When we checked out after being checked in for an hour, the clerk refused to give us a refund and said that management would the next morning. Horrible experience.

The property was fine. My issue was that I was stuck on the elevator for 20 minutes. Had to call the hotel to let them know I couldn't get off. Eventually the lady at the front desk forced the door open with a metal bar. She was very apologetic and handled it well, but it still doesn't change what happened.

The staff were great! We especially loved the pool, which was warm, and breakfast, which was well stocked and tended.

The toilet didn't flush, the shower didn’t drain, the sink faucet handles leaked water on the vanity counter, the key cards didn't work properly because "it's cold outside"according to the front desk person. We won't stay there again.

Room was clean and staff was friendly, in our building the room we had required stairs to access (if that matters to you).

Carpet was dusty in the corners. Room was very outdated lamps. Vinyl base board loose from the wall in the bathroom. Mattress was very firm. No mattress cover. Below average $117
