萊思羅普戴斯酒店(Days Inn by Wyndham Lathrop)

The place is getting remodeled so it was a bit crowded in the hallways, parking lot. The hallways were dirty like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while plus people had put trash outside their rooms so it looked terrible. The sink drain had a bad smell coming out of it. Some lights in the room didn’t work. The carpets and upholstery in the rooms were stained. The shower head had ok pressure. The windows open all the way and screens are bent.

So the stay was bad 👎 and why there is no elevator to second floor. Have to go down a long hall than up the stairs. Than we went to the non smoking room open the door. Room was decent clean but smelled weird. So we open the window figure air it out and go get something to eat. So we come back to go up stairs there was a guy sitting on stairs. Drunk doing *****. Beer cans on the stairs. Blocking the stairs. Finally got passed him and got back to the room and the smell was still bad. So we said hell with this got are stuff and left. We go down stairs and told them what we encounter they said so we dont see anything on camera. So another words you can get in an encounter on the stairs and there are no cameras to see anything from what she basically told us. Sad part now i wish i took photos of the guy on the stairs but needles are not something i want to watch or see.

The toilet was not working when I got my room, it took them 45 minutes before trying to fix it! No face towels, I had to go to the front desk to get face towels they wouldn’t bring them to me!

Not the best stay and would not stay here again. Went to the desk to ask about housekeeping coming into the room because we left a little late around 1:30. Staff said housekeeping were gone for the day. I said, they are here in the hall? They said, that is the housekeeping for the first floor. The second floor keepers are gone. She grabbed a notebook from the drawer and said "what room are you in" and I told her. She said that it was noted that you put up the do not disturb sign. I said there was no "do not disturb" sign in my room. It is fine that the housekeeping were done for the day I can understand that but there could be some kind of notice to public that if you want the room done then maybe leave the room by a certain time. The ice machine was not working. Complementary breakfast was nothing to boast about you can have toast,bagel or packaged oa**eal. My biggest complaint is that the dish TV package was terrible and I could not even get the local news channels. I called down and asked and the response was "oh unfortunately we don't get those channels?" Someone needs to educate these people to speak to the dish company. These business owners are cheap and cut corners. Staff and working family members only speak when spoken to. No pride in ownership.

They are not pleasant, poorly managed , and add not approved items to your cards. Deposit , room fee, an additional night?

Asked for a quiet room ended up by an exit door that was getting used all night. Our window was covered it’s a film so we couldn’t see out. Sounded like there was a tractor working there in the morning. Morning staff not at front desk. There was a girl seeping but she never achnowledge us, so we dropped the key nd left. Over priced for what you get.

The Hotel denied my daughters stay. Discriminatory hotel, do not stay here. Refused her stay and left her to sleep on the streets for the night as I could not afford another hotel. Truly unbelievable.......

Breakfast didn't have much choice, no lotion in the room
