The service there was great as well as the food. Definitely a good place to book.

This hotel does not have its pool open. The hotel is using local water restrictions as its reason, but the area has received a great deal of rain this Spring, yet is not in any hurry to open the pool. A clean hotel, but for the price there are plenty others that are clean, do not have a pool, but have a much more interesting and charming environment at this price.

I booked this location because it advertised “pet friendly “. We were moving and my mom has a registered emotional support cat. We were denied our stay because of a no cat policy. They refused to honor his documents as a support animal. They say pet friendly but only accept dogs.

We stayed here 2 years ago during COVID and it was amazing. The pool was closed due to restrictions, but we were notified during booking and the stay was overall great. Breakfast was delicious, the works.However, this time at check-in there was a sign posted of a water shortage, stating the pool would be closed. We have family that lives in Vegas and they let us know they were not on restrictions. I also was perplexed that i hadn't been notified during booking that the pool was closed. We stayed at this hotel specifically for the pool, otherwise we would have Air BNBd it. Also, the breakfast is just not the same, or honestly even close to before 😕 Oh and when we got into our room at check-in at 4 o'clock the bathroom had been used for a #2 recently. The bathroom still smelled and had a booboo streak. 😳 Guess we Air BNB from now on.😔

Door would not open and close properly. Housekeeper said they knew about it but chose not to fix. No pool or jacuzzi. Not notified prior to booking that we eouldnt have these services. Prices should be lowered since you don’t have the services that you advertise. Staff unfriendly. Breakfast sausage links had no taste and tough. Will not stay there again.

This is the second year in a row that their swimming pool is off-limits and also their TVs were not working in our room, but they were working in other hotel rooms. Staff did not do anything to accommodate to fix those TVs.

The front desk very professional and extreme courteous. I did call and talked to the front dest about leaving some clothes in the closet. He stated that there was nothing turned from that room. I asked to have a manager call me.

It was a standard stay. The breakfast buffet was good. The hot tub and pool were closed due to water conservation, but we did not find out until we got there. That was part of why we chose this hotel. Convenient location for our visit. The towels were a little worn, but still usable.

I was very disappointed, especially with the price of the room. The water in the bathroom never got hot before the sink was full of water, which very slowly drained. I woke up with 3 bites from something. The remote did not have a guide button and there was no tv guide in the room. Breakfast was not good. The scrambled eggs were room temperature and the pastries not fresh. I will not be staying at this Best Western again.
