我們從開業一年來就來這家酒店,每年有時開業兩次,質量仍然和開業當天一樣優秀。工作人員和我的意思是所有的工作人員都很棒,總是微笑,如此友好和專業,只是想確保每個人都有他們最好的假期。食物和飲料的質量是你在頂級餐廳裏得到的,但你感覺很舒服,因爲從來沒有爭搶或匆忙的桌子。酒店臥室接待酒吧在休息區游泳池外面的清潔度都是一塵不染的。每年似乎有人在這裏呆過,他們成了常客和朋友。非常感謝Nikos Tryfonas和每一位工作人員使我們的假期再次變得如此特別。明年見,讓一些更特別的回憶。祝你所有人Col & Sue 致以最良好的祝願。

A 10 day stay from Oct 7 bed & breakfast, most important thing the weather was great 29c + every day. Don't always believe the internet wether websites, we had a late Check in, my room & key card waiting for me at reception no passports or documents to show nothing to sign simple, my room was on 4th floor, the bathroom a little small but perfectly clean & adequate for our needs, beds were comfortable and House keeping every day and very clean too, no kitchen just a kettle, the safe was also included most other hotels charge for this, The breakfast was great I couldn't fault it excellent choice from hot stuff to cold meats and cheeses to yogurts & fruit, cake, mini croissants with chocolate sauce, cereal, and all your bread and jams the list goes on, if we had had to go out and buy breakfast it would almost probably be over 150 EUR for Both of us for our stay so can't complain, we didn't dine at the hotel in the evening so i can't comment on that. The pool area was most impressive however I thought the pool bar was a little expensive for food & drinks ( there was a McDonald's right opposite the hotel) yet again most people would put there towels on the sun loungers but I only used the pool area a few times, The sea was absolutely amazing so warm it was very busy and couldn't always get a lounger or umbrella €2.50 for each you had to get there early, the location of the hotel was perfect probably 8min walk to the beach, the complex was ideal for people with mobility issues with ramps and 2 elevators one small and a much larger one big enough for a wheelchair, also mobility scooter were available to hire but not sure from the hotel though. Had a lovely holiday, I thought mostly suited for older couples and families if you want a more lively holiday with clubs and more bars and are much younger 18+ go to ayia Napa area much more lively I think, great restaurants which are fairly priced good sized portions,if you go self catering there was a Lidl (not far to walk ) I thought a little expensive compared to the UK, there were plenty of other supermarkets The best buy was pretty reasonable, especially for some alcoholic drinks they even offer to open the bottles for you if you want, oh and cigarettes from € 4 a pack The area of protaras was a little run down and needs a bit of attention especially the pavement areas so do be careful a very good bus service ran so you can explore future if you want, I would return to the hotel again and think it was great value for money.

Πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο καθαρό με όμορφους χώρους! Πλούσιο πρωινό!! Αρκετά νόστιμα φαγητά στα μπουφέ και στα εστιατόρια! Ευγενικό προσωπικό! Περάσαμε 3 υπέροχα βραδιά από τις 15 μέχρι τις 18 Αυγούστου!Υ.Σ : Φάγαμε τα πιο τέλεια κινεζικά στην κινεζική βραδιά!!! Ανανεώνουμε σίγουρα για το επόμενο μας Καλοκαίρι!

My wife and I stayed at Amanti during mid october to celebrate our honeymoon and we had an unforgettable experience. The staff promptly welcomed us on arrival and from airport pickup to room check in the process was seamless. Delicious welcome drinks were provided while we waited which is always a nice touch. The reception discussed our half board plan and we were given our room information. It was late at night on our arrival and we had missed dinner so we were given a voucher for a meal credit. We were not given a tour of the property, although this was most likely because it was after 10pm and dark so no complaints there. Upon arrival to our room we were pleasantly surprised with a VIP ******* upgrade that gave us an ocean view. We were also left a lovely surprise of love dove shaped towels, rose petals, champagne, heart shaped dessert, and a card for our honeymoon. A warm touch that made us feel extra special. Since we also missed dinner, we were given two plates of lovely little sandwiches. Throughout our stay we visited all of the restaurants-- the main buffet, and the 3 themed restaurants which are serviced with a Michelin star chef. The atmosphere of each restaurant is very romantic and chic. The food at each restaurant, yes even the buffet, was to die for. Absolutely incredible. Creative, tasty, and high quality with stunning presentations. The pool area is large, clean, and has full service with the option of a little service button which we thought was very handy, great idea. The sun beds are of your choosing on the first day and then reserved for you for the rest of your stay, another clever idea. The surrounding location of the hotel is safe and walkable, good for families, couples, and solo travelers. There is convenient access to multiple shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and only 7 minutes to the beach. The highlight of this hotel however, is the service. The service is absolutely 5 star service. We felt exceptionally welcomed and taken care of at each meal. The dining staff, hostesses, chefs, the guest services, the gentleman at the pool, all take their jobs with the utmost honor and do a wonderful job ensuring the perfect stay for the guests. Our only complaint, and it is a mild complaint, I really would only remove half a star for this.. Is that with half board, you can choose whether you want lunch or dinner as your second meal. However-- if you choose lunch, you can only go to the buffet as the other restaurants are not open. You cannot choose to have lunch or drinks by the pool. That is a separate charge, not included as an option in half board and it is quite expensive. Since this is a tropical beach vacation spot, most people want to relax and have lunch and drinks by the pool. This should be an option for half board, if we wanted to have lunch, we would have to get dressed and leave the pool to go upstairs and eat during prime pool hours (12:30-2:30) when the buffet is open. During my recent stay at the hotel, I experienced a smooth check-in process and was pleased with my room's sea view. I had pre-booked a room that included breakfast, which was delicious. I also had the opportunity to use the spa facilities, including the swimming pool and steam room. I made a mistake by booking a massage; the rooms are nicely designed; however, the loud noise coming from outside the room from the reception area (a metre or so away) was unbearable! The phone rang many times, and the man answering the calls talked very loudly. Many gym users were arriving and making lots of noise, and I could hear the music coming from the gym. Plus, the room was very cold, and the masseurs' hands and the oil were cold. When I passed my comments to the man at reception, he told me there was nothing he could do about it, and that was the end of that. Although the massage itself was nice, due to the location of the cold rooms being in the hallway of a very noisy area, I do not recommend you book and pay for a noisy, cold massage. Please save your money and search elsewhere.

Me and 8 of my friends stayed from 5th of june to 12th of june 2023. We had a great excperience and we feel like the staff, hotell rooms and service was great. Even though we had a great time, we felt like the hotel didn’t fit a typical «lads holiday». This is most likely because there were a lot of families with children and elderly people. We have to mention the great bartenders, especially Filko and Peter, they were 10/10. All in all a great hotel for family vacations.

Εκπληκτικό ξενοδοχείο. Το προγευμα και το δείπνο 10+. Πολυ καθαρό. Το κυριότερο και αυτο που μας τράβηξε πολύ, οι υπάλληλοι ηταν ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΟΙ, δεν έχω λογια. Πήγαμε παντου στο ξενοδοχείο σε όλα, καφετερια, εστιατορια, το βραδυ για ποτο και ναργιλε, ειλικρινά τα παιδια που εργάζονταν ηταν απίθανα, ευγενικοί με χαμόγελο και όρεξη. Εννοείται θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανα.

The location is the best part of this hotel experience. Right in the heart of the restaurants and shops but far enough from the ***** to not be bothered by it but close enough if you want that. We were b&b so no interaction with the entertainment guy everyone raves about. He actually completely ignored us! Breakfast is nothing special but sets you up for the day. Lots of broken sunbeds that they would be better off removing. Need to put towels out if you want to be by pool for the day. Mainly Scandinavian guests during our 10 day stay and they are up early. Rude reception staff. Didn't appreciate being called a liar when having issues with door card. If I say I don't keep by my phone, I don't keep it by my phone. Personally, we would not return to this hotel.

Μείναμε δύο φορές στο ξενοδοχείο αυτό τον μήνα. Την πρώτη φορά με τον σύζυγο μου και ήμασταν στην adults only πτέρυγα και την δεύτερη φορά τώρα 3 μέρες μαζί με τα μωρά μας. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε πολύ καλή περιοχή το δωμάτιο μας ήταν superior και ήταν καινούριο καθαρό και ευρυχωρο. Οι πισίνες είναι μεγάλες, πολύ βολικές για κάποιον που έχει μικρά μωρά και ακριβώς δίπλα βρίσκεται και η παραλία του ξενοδοχείου. Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό. Το μόνο μειονέκτημα για εμένα είναι ότι κάποιες ώρες δεν μπορούσαμε να βρούμε parking ειδικά αν επιστρέφαμε αργά το βράδυ. Κατά τα άλλα το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε!
